El alumno de Bami que, 30 años después, reconoció en los medios al docente que abusaba de él en la primaria

Hace dos semanas, la Policía detuvo a un maestro de un colegio de Villa Devoto por pedofilia: lo encontraron en la cama con un alumno de 14 años. Martín, que está por cumplir 40, leyó la noticia y el mundo se detuvo: era el mismo profesor que, en su infancia, les tocaba lo genitales, los hacía hacer strip tease o les hacía preguntas obscenas. Martín va a declarar hoy en la causa por abuso sexual contra Adrián Rowek

“Es él. No es joda y es tremendo. Miren con lo que estuvimos”. El 5 de mayo pasado una nota de Infobae conmocionó el chat de amigos de Martín. El titular decía que habían encontrado al docente Adrián Rowek en la cama con un nene de 14 años. Para Martín y sus amigos, Rowek fue siempre Chiclu, Chicludo o Piripipí, que era la palabra que repetía antes de tocarles los genitales de pasada.

Lo conocieron en la escuela primaria Bet Am Medinath Israel (o “Bami”), entre 1991 y 1996, pero el recuerdo de Chiclu los acompañó durante mucho más tiempo. Martín tiene ahora 39 años y hoy va a declarar en la causa por abuso sexual contra Rowek que encabeza la fiscal Daniela Dupuy.

“Al principio era Jasan, que es la persona que hace la ceremonia Shabat arriba del escenario pero no es rabino. Después se metió como Madrij en las actividades deportivas de los sábados a la tarde. En el colegio jugaba al fútbol con los de séptimo grado. Por alguna razón conseguía la excusa para estar al mediodía, que era el momento en que los varones comíamos lo más rápido posible para hacer partidos. Ningún docente venía a ese espacio, solo Chiclu. El fulbito del mediodía era a muerte y él jugaba a la par, entonces generaba empatía con nosotros”.

Pasaron casi tres décadas, pero Martín tiene a mano infinidad de anécdotas con Rowek. Las cuenta verborrágico, acelerado, parece que las historias se le escaparan de la boca, desordenadas, como si llevaran largo rato con ganas de salir.

“El momento de cercanía más fuerte con Chiclu se dio en el curso para ser Bar Mitzva. En horario extra escolar daba las clases teóricas e individuales sobre lo que significa ese rito para el judaísmo. Por lo menos éramos 40 o 50 alumnos y alumnas por año. En los encuentros grupales era el más copado. Nos hacía inventar canciones, estaba buenísimo. Pero cuando quedabas en el aula para la clase individual empezaba a hacerte preguntas íntimas: ‘¿Te tocaste alguna vez?’, ‘¿sabes cómo es?’. Después preguntaba en quién pensabas cuando te masturbabas y hasta compartía sus experiencias. Todos los varones sabíamos que hacía esas preguntas, que con Chiclu se hablaba de coger, de sexo, de la primera vez. Pero no recuerdo vivir incómodo esas situaciones, primero porque varios compañeros avisaban lo que pasaba y porque la verdad es que estaba con mucha curiosidad. Tenía 13 años, andaba explorando y quería que me hablaran de sexualidad”.

Por ser el adulto responsable de acompañar y formar a los chicos y chicas para la ceremonia religiosa de Bar y Bat Mitzva, Rowek era también el profesor más elegido para ir a los viajes de egresados de la primaria.

“En los festejos se suele homenajear al Bar Mitzva, y Chiclu era ideal para colaborar en esos homenajes. Con el tiempo entendí que era su manera de estar a solas con nosotros, porque nos escondíamos para planear esos momentos. Entonces nos encerrábamos en una habitación con él, había miradas, relatos cómplices, nos ayudaba a cambiar de ropa. Recuerdo especialmente un Bar Mitzva en el que nos propuso hacer un strip-tease. Como nos daba vergüenza, nos pusimos una calza y arriba el slip mientras él cantaba una canción de Joe Cocker. En el salón, delante de la familia, de todos los invitados. Hoy suena rarísimo: cuatro nenes de 13 años desnudándose mientras el profe cantaba. Otra vez nos ayudó a crear una canción y terminamos gimiendo. No tenía nada que ver, pero Chiclu siempre metía algo sexual”.

Rowek fue ampliando sus funciones y responsabilidades, entonces sumó organización de campamentos y de colonias de verano.

“En una colonia en la quinta del colegio en San Justo, Chiclu y otro profesor nos decían a los varones: ‘Hoy los vamos a vacunar a todos’, entonces en la pileta venían nadando, nos bajaban las mallas y nos mordían la cola. Y en los campamentos Chiclu se la pasaba con pibes a upa. Era algo clásico, nos sentábamos en ronda y Chiclu agarraba a alguno y lo sentaba sobre sus piernas. A los más lindos les tenía especial aprecio. Con los rubios de ojos celestes generaba más intimidad”.

Cuando terminó la primaria Martín y muchos de sus compañeros se cambiaron a otra escuela. Pero Rowek no bajó la guardia y empezó con los contactos por teléfono.

“Nos llamaba a nuestras casas. Me acuerdo de atenderlo en la cocina y que me contara: ‘Ayer salí con una rubia. No sabés qué buena que estaba. Me eché cuatro polvos. Estuvimos en la ducha, me la cogí por acá, le hice esto, aquello…’. Y después preguntaba si me calentaba lo que contaba. Recuerdo que llamó dos o tres veces a mi casa. Pero a otros los llamó durante dos años, todas las semanas. Algunos cortaban y les contaban automáticamente a las madres. Una vez, una de las mamás dijo que la próxima le pasara. Cuando Chiclu lo volvió a llamar, mi amigo le dio el teléfono a la madre, no sabe qué le dijo pero Chiclu nunca más lo contactó. Esa historia la escuché en dos o tres personas, no más. Pero ningún adulto comentándolo, todo quedaba en el espacio íntimo».

A partir de las anécdotas telefónicas, Rowek se transformó para Martín y sus amigos en el chiste recurrente: “Nos causaba gracia porque era la misma historia sexual una y otra vez, entonces jodíamos entre nosotros con la cantidad de polvos. Chiclu todo el tiempo atravesaba nuestras charlas. Cuando pasó la etapa de chistes el comentario grupal fue: ‘No se animó’. Empezamos a pensar en que hoy no sería posible, que eran otras épocas. En realidad se animó a todo, pero yo sentía que había querido abusar y no había podido. De más grandes hablamos de ir a buscarlo y cagarlo a piñas para que no lo hiciera más, porque sabíamos que seguía trabajando en colegios y nos generaba culpa. En tres décadas, Chiclu pasó de ser nuestro mejor amigo, al chiste diario, a ser el disparador para reflexionar que lo que había pasado no estaba bien, y a la declaración en la Justicia de ahora”.

Adrián Rowek fue denunciado por grooming, suministro de pornografía a un menor y abuso sexual. El testimonio de un alumno de la Escuela Primaria N° 23 de Villa Devoto le dio forma a la causa: durante la cuarentena, Rowek le envió a través del celular una foto de un pene erecto. Cuando efectivos de la Policía de la Ciudad y del Cuerpo de Investigaciones Judiciales porteño irrumpieron en su domicilio lo encontraron con otro chico en su cama.

“Es horrible que lo diga, pero que lo hayan encontrado en la cama con un pibe me alivianó un poco la carga. Lo que sentí fue ‘ok, era real, no fue solo mi cabeza’. Si no lo denuncié antes fue porque nunca viví lo que me hizo como un abuso. No interpreté que lo que pasó era un delito y que era denunciable. Por eso me quedé en el molde. Pero me apenó siempre que el tipo siguiera trabajando con niños y no poder hacer nada al respecto. Pensaba que no tenía pruebas y, por ende, nada para decir. Mi sensación era que nos había querido violar pero no se había animado. Y en realidad no me daba cuenta de que no hubo penetración, pero sí un montón de otras cosas, y eso también es abuso.

«Cuando leí la nota de Infobae, además de reconocer que el modus operandi era el mismo, mi reacción inmediata fue: ‘Listo, lo denunciaron, ahora sí puedo contar porque cayó por otra cosa’. Para mí lo clave era saber que si había violado a alguien, ahora yo podía salir a hablar. Es tremendo porque de alguna manera estaba esperando que violara. Estaba esperando que pasara para salir a denunciarlo porque creía que antes no tenía argumentos”, agregó.

Martín transpira mientras habla. El clima está fresco, pero su cuerpo percibe temperaturas diferentes y se manifiesta a borbotones. Martín es un cuerpo en erupción. Quiere decir, otra vez, una más, aunque ya lo contó miles, porque ahora siente que sí lo escuchan y que se va a hacer justicia. Que el abuso va a dejar de pasar.

“Viví 30 años haciendo chistes sobre las situaciones con Chiclu. Lo hablé con un montón de gente, siempre como algo gracioso. Lo loco es que nunca nadie me dijo que podía hacer la denuncia. Quizás era la manera en que lo contaba, no sé, pero jamás lo oculté. Es más, me acuerdo que otra costumbre de Chiclu era meternos el dedo dentro de la cola cuando en el templo cantábamos el Adón Olam, que es la última canción del Bar Mitzva. El día de mi ceremonia empecé cantando en una punta del escenario y terminé en la otra, porque me quería correr de Chiclu y su manoseo. No quería que me metiera el dedo, porque era distinto a tocar el culo. Igualmente, no sentía que me estaba violando, entendía que lo hacía como joda, para ponerme nervioso. Cuando bajé del escenario mi papá me retó por no quedarme quieto y le dije que Chiclu me había tocado, en chiste. Contestó: ‘Ah, ok’”.

La guía Abuso Sexual en la Infancia explica que la violencia sexual puede suceder bajo formas varias: desde tocamientos, manoseos a violación, explotación y corrupción. Aunque con distintas tipificaciones penales, todas constituyen un ataque a la infancia y se trata de uno de los delitos más graves contra la integridad de un niño, niña o adolescente.

Para Martín, su exposición frente a la fiscal Dupuy es un punto final, la posibilidad de cerrar una historia para seguir más liviano: “Nos está pasando lo mismo a muchos: miramos a nuestros hijos y lo queremos matar. Pero no busco venganza. Quiero declarar para que no pase más. Y sobre todo espero que se difunda el conocimiento de lo que se puede y lo que no se puede. Si hubiese tenido educación sexual en la escuela en vez de enseñarme a ponerle un preservativo a una banana hubiese entendido que lo que me hacía Chiclu no estaba bien. Pero no sabía que no podía hacerme eso”.
