En los últimos días, distintos estamentos de la sociedad argentina adoptaron la definición de antisemitismo de la IHRA.
Esta semana se sumaron la Legislatura de la Provincia de Tucumán, la Municipalidad de Corrientes y la ciudad de Berisso.

La República Argentina adoptó la definición de antisemitismo de la IHRA el 8 de junio de 2020.

Luego que la Republica Argentina adoptara la definición de antisemitismo de la Alianza Internacional para el Recuerdo del Holocausto, distintas provincias y ciudades se sumaron.
Por lo tanto, la Provincia de Tucumán ( sus tres poderes), Entre Ríos ( la provincia y la Cámara de Diputados), la Ciudad de Buenos Aires y Paraná ( fue la primera) ya adoptaron.
También lo hicieron la ciudad de Rosario y las Legislaturas de Córdoba y Mendoza.
En provincia de Buenos Aires el senador Lucas Fiorini presentó el proyecto de adhesión. El Concejo deliberante de Bahía Blanca también lo aprobó. En el Municipio de General Pueyrredón el pedido fue realizado por el concejal Alejandro Carrancio.
“El antisemitismo es una cierta percepción de los judíos que puede expresarse como el odio a los judíos. Las manifestaciones físicas y retóricas del antisemitismo se dirigen a las personas judías o no judías y/o a sus bienes, a las instituciones de las comunidades judías y a sus lugares de culto”, se manifiesta en el comunicado
