La interventora de la Agencia Federal de Inteligencia (AFI), Cristina Caamaño, generó la mayor filtración de datos de la inteligencia argentina en democracia.
Envió a la Justicia un documento que contenía información sensible y de impacto internacional. No se tomó ningún recaudo para evitar la filtración.
Allí figuran doce espías argentinos en diferentes países, con sus nombres y destinos. Uno de los cuales trabaja en el Líbano y está activo desde hace 15 años. Insertado en la comunidad local, donde opera Hezbollah, la organización acusada del atentado contra la AMIA.
El caso más grave es el de M.R., que está en el Líbano. «Esa delegación comprende toda la zona caliente de Medio Oriente, porque el agente trabaja allí desde hace más de 15 años. Además, se introdujo en la comunidad local bajo esa cobertura desde entonces», advirtió una fuente de inteligencia. Y agregó: «Allí opera fuertemente el Hezbollah, organización acusada de ejecutar el atentado a la AMIA.
Pero una de las cuestiones más graves, según pudo investigar Clarín, son los nombres de los delegados de inteligencia en otros países, ya que exponen a los agentes argentinos que están o estuvieron encubiertos en esos otros países y a sus respectivas familias, así como a los agentes y funcionarios del extranjero que confiaron en los espías argentinos.

Por ejemplo, están las designaciones de una agente, en Francia; otra en Gran Bretaña; un hombre en Rusia; otro en España; dos en Bolivia; uno en Líbano; otro en Alemania; un hombre en Perú; otro en Venezuela y Colombia; y uno más en Paraguay, entre otros «funcionarios en el exterior». Clarín pudo ver los nombres de esos agentes, pero no los publica para resguardar su identidad según la Ley de Inteligencia. Muchos siguen en el terreno.
