“Hackatón Desafío Mayor”: Israel y Argentina proponen innovar y encontrar soluciones para enfrentar un desafío de nuestra época: la soledad en los adultos mayores.

La Embajada de Israel con el apoyo del BID Lab, la Agencia de Cooperación Internacional de la Cancillería israelí MASHAV, el Ministerio de Desarrollo Productivo de la Nación y Nomada Impact invitan al Hackatón “Desafío Mayor”.

Esta propuesta tiene como meta reunir en un evento virtual a un grupo de personas innovadoras que en un periodo corto de tiempo sean capaces de desarrollar un proyecto creativo que les permita generar soluciones a un desafío especifico.

En este caso: la problemática que conlleva la soledad en las personas mayores. Este proceso se llevará adelante a través del intercambio y la cooperación entre individuos e instituciones de Argentina e Israel.

Asimismo, esta iniciativa intenta promover la cultura del hackatón como herramienta impulsora del trabajo colaborativo y la innovación.

El proyecto propiciará el desarrollo de soluciones novedosas que permitan un abordaje de la temática de la soledad. También aquellas problemáticas relacionadas que afectan la calidad de vida de los adultos mayores. Las cuales se han visto particularmente complejizadas a partir del confinamiento y el aislamiento social que la pandemia del Covid-19 ha impuesto.

La soledad es una experiencia que se pude producir en diferentes momentos del ciclo vital, no solo en la vejez. Sin embargo, en esta iniciativa se abordará el caso de este último grupo etario específicamente.

Israel-Argentina

Israel es mundialmente conocida como “the Start-up Nation”. El país que logró transformar su matriz productiva y convertirse en líder mundial en innovación y desarrollo tecnológico.

Su exitoso ecosistema emprendedor no solo está limitado al mundo empresarial. También se ha convertido en una valiosa herramienta de transformación social. Posibilita constantemente la generación de nuevos recursos y redes colaborativas que redundan en un mejoramiento de las condiciones colectivas de vida.

Este hackatón está dirigido especialmente al público argentino. Tiene por objetivo combinar el potencial, el talento, las habilidades y las experiencias de cada uno de los participantes con el apoyo y la orientación de reconocidos especialistas tanto israelíes como argentinos que brindarán su consejo y conocimiento en diversos campos como la tecnología, la innovación social, y la gerontología, entre otros.

La convocatoria esta abierta hasta el 13 de octubre. Está destinada a participantes argentinos mayores de 16 años con experiencia y conocimiento en las áreas de innovación social y/o tecnológica, tercera edad, ciencias sociales y/o emprendedurismo. El mismo tendrá modalidad virtual y se llevará adelante los días 16, 17 y 18 del corriente mes. Durante los encuentros pautados los participantes trabajarán en grupos multidisciplinarios de 4-7 personas. Tendrán el asesoramiento de mentores argentinos e israelíes que los ayudarán en la definición de sus proyectos e ideas.

Al finalizar la tercera jornada un equipo de expertos definirá cuales proyectos son los que aportan una mejor solución al desafío planteado.

Premios

El equipo que resulte ganador participará de un programa de acompañamiento por parte del BID Lab para el desarrollo y/o implementación de su idea. Asimismo, cada integrante obtendrá una beca para participar en un curso sobre innovación en Israel en la sede de MASHAV, la Agencia de Cooperación y Desarrollo Internacional del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores durante el año 2021*

(* debido a los motivos de público conocimiento, la fecha de la capacitación en Israel se determinará en función de las regulaciones vigentes relativas al desarrollo de la pandemia y el acceso a los viajes internacionales).

El segundo puesto obtendrá una beca para cada integrante del equipo para realizar un curso virtual sobre innovación certificado por MASHAV, la Agencia de Cooperación Internacional de la Cancillería israelí.
