Poco antes de que estallara el furor global por las series televisivas «Shtisel» y «Poco Ortodoxa», «Menashé» fue la película independiente que abrió las puertas al interés del público internacional por la vida de las familias ultra-religiosas judías

«Menashe» se estrenó en enero del 2017 en la célebre muestra de cine independiente Sundance Film Festival. Se realiza anualmente en el estado norteamericano de Utah. Allí fue adquirido por la productora A24 para su distribución en Estados Unidos. Luego saltó a la plataforma de «streaming» Netflix, en cuyo canal latinoamericano todavía se puede ver.

La película tiene un punto en común con «Poco Ortodoxa», la miniserie protagonizada por la actriz israelí Shira Haas: se basa en una historia real. Pero, a diferencia de la premiada miniserie, y de «Shtisel», el filme dirigido por Joshua Z. Weinstein está protagonizado por verdaderos ultra-ortodoxos.

En efecto, el guión de la película -hablada en idish- está construido alrededor de eventos reales ocurridos a su protagonista, Menashe Lustig. La historia gira en torno a sus problemas como padre viudo. La dificultad para conectar con su hijo de diez años, Rieven (encarnado por Ruben Niborski) y las presiones de la familia de su fallecida esposa.

Antes de «Menashe» hubo otras grandes películas que bucearon en la vida de los judíos ultra-religiosos, como la israelí «Ushpizin», del 2004, que tuvo una edición estadounidense en DVD, o la recordada «A Stranger Among Us», protagonizada por la actriz estadounidense Melanie Griffith.

Pero el filme de Weinstein rompió el molde y, en cierta manera, permitió una mayor profundización en los ambientes ultra-ortodoxos y fomentó el interés global del público, en particular por el innegable sabor genuino que le brindó Lustig y otros judíos del barrio de Borough Park, en Brooklyn, en la ciudad de Nueva York.

Weinstein, quien es judío, pero no es jasídico ni habla idish, venía del terreno de los documentales antes de escribir «Menashe». Cuando comenzó con la pre-producción hizo un casting en el barrio, pero pocos actores y actrices se presentaron, así que decidió recurrir a la «gente común» de la barriada ultra-ortodoxa.

Lustig, por su lado, recordó que tuvo que asumir riesgos para participar de esta producción. Por ejemplo, evitó pedirle autorización a su rabino, porque sospechaba que la respuesta sería negativa.

Además, el actor le advirtió a Weinstein: «tengo mis límites». Lustig, quien hasta ese momento solamente había producido unos clips cómicos para YouTube, dijo saber que «todas las películas del mundo secular tienen sexo, amor, todas esas cosas, pero nosotros, no nos tocamos, ni siquiera miramos a las mujeres».

A pesar de las reservas y las dudas, Lustig, Weinstein y el equipo de actores, actrices y técnicos terminó redondeando una excelente película, que puede compartir tranquilamente el podio de las mejores sobre la vida ultra-ortodoxa junto a «Shtisel» y «Poco Ortodoxa».

    Посоветовали человека для отделки коттеджа. Был договор с Зораном Петрониевичем о качественном ремонте в коттедже, город Тюмень.
    Во-первых, были нарушены Зораном все сроки ремонта.
    Во-вторых, ремонт был сделан абсолютно некачествено, теперь каждое его действие приходится переделывать.
    В-третьих, Зоран Петрониевич написал раписку, что он отдает деньги(остаток полученных средств + за некачественный ремонт), в итоге в день встречи человек уехал из города.
    На данный момент известно, что Зоран Петрониевич находится в Сербии.
    На связь человек больше не выходит.

    Посоветовали электрика. Элетрика зовут Дмитрий. Номер телефона: 89322005959
    Нужно было сделать проводку в коттедже. В итоге было сделано все так, что даже смотреть на это невозможно, все провода идут по потолку в разные стороны, не так, как у него указано в рекламе тут https://ok.ru/tyumen.reklama/topic/153124305526129 .
    Далее еще проблемы:
    1. Во многих розетках нет нуля
    2. Были установлены не те автоматы, что нужно на освещение
    3. На варочную поверхность был кинут кабель 3×2,5
    4. Все соединения до единого в коробках были сделаны на вагах
    Ну и теперь самое главное, Дмитрий говорил, что никогда не работает по договору, потому что не отвечает за свою работу.
    Дословно, если что-то случится потом по элетрике с домом, то это не его вина.

    Посоветовали отделочника Гарика(настоящее имя Оганесс).
    Договорились о качественном ремонте в коттедже.
    Решили проверить в первый же день работу человека, в итоге оказалось, что его бригада делает гипсовую штукатурку без насечек, что является нарушением технологии работ.
    Хотя ранее Гарик утверждал, что насечки будут по всем стенам, там где выполнена штукатурка из гипса.
    В итоге человек не признал свою вину, а вел себя крайне не профессионально и агрессивно и решили мы разойтись.
    Но деньги, которые остались у Гарика с покупки материалов он нам не вернул. Объяснил он это тем, что бригада отделочников затребовала у него оплату за 3 дня работ, хотя по факту бригада работала не более 2 часов в один день.
