«La colaboración, la cooperación entre Israel y los EE.UU. – entre nuestras dos comunidades de inteligencia – es mejor que nunca», reconoció el titular de la cartera de Inteligencia.
«Estamos ansiosos de tener paz. Pero nadie debería decirnos que necesitamos la paz para poder sobrevivir. Vamos a sobrevivir. Israel sobrevivirá como un estado judío democrático», aclaró, y remarcó que eso será así aunque «nuestros vecinos nos aceptan o no», ya que contará «con el derecho de defendernos nosotros mismos».
