El acusado admitió que estuvo destinado destinado a ese campo de concentración, pero negó su participación en los asesinatos de los prisioneros.
La fiscalía considera que en el período en el que el imputado estuvo en Auschwitz llegaron cerca de 92 transportes de presos al campo, y que el guardia tenía que estar al tanto de la maquinaria de exterminio qeu existió en ese lugar.
