– ¿Es impericia de la Justicia que no sepa cómo murió el fiscal?
– No, no. Conozco muy bien a la Dra. Palmaghini. Son las dificultades, las trabas y las piedras que muchas veces se ponen para que la Justicia no pueda esclarecer los hechos. Hay muchos crímenes que quedan impunes, pero en este caso creo que no se debe. En el caso de la ex fiscal, Viviana Fein, no quiero abrir juicio, pero a mí me dejó la sensación, que nos dejo a la mayoría, cuando calificó con el adverbio «lamentablemente», que una pericia tan común como es la parafina, dijera que «lamentablemente dio resultado negativo».
– El Dr. Sáenz le comentó a VIS A VIS que le llamaba la atención que no se adhirieran más fiscales y jueces al acto…
– Yo creo que adhesión hay. A los jueces los entiendo, y con algún juez federal me voy a encontrar para ver a River. Pero es lógico que no vengan porque pueden comprometer su opinión, si hablamos de los jueces federales. Una de las grandes virtudes que tuvo el gobierno anterior es haber generado una grieta que no va a perdurar en la Justicia (tono irónico). Una grieta lamentable.
