Homenaje de un nieto a su abuelo ruso, y en él, a todos los inmigrantes que llegaron sin nada, e hicieron su vida en la Argentina. Una historia que refleja todas nuestras historias, con humor, emoción y canciones que incluyen temas de Astor Piazzolla, Marilina Ross, Atahualpa, Horacio Guarany, Idan Rachel, algunas “pizcas” de idish y hebreo, y fragmentos de “El violinista sobre el tejado” y “Yentl”.
Protagonizado por el cantante y actor Diego Lichtensztein, nieto en la vida real de Shike, y Deborah Turza, primera dama del musical, que ha participado en diversas obras como “Por amor a Sandro”, “Los productores”, “Sweet Charity”, “El diluvio que viene”, “El violinista sobre el tejado”, entre otras.
Acompaña con música en vivo Nataly Salas en flauta traversa.
El libro fue co-escrito por Diego Lichtensztein junto con Perla Laske, que dirige la puesta. Durante 2017 participó invitado de PREMIOS HUGO en la calle Corrientes.
