El joven fascista Luca Traini, de 28 años, cabeza rapada, músculos atléticos, 1,80 metro de estatura, aterrorizó este sábado el centro de Macerata, una ciudad de la región de las Marcas muy vinculada a la Argentina por muchos inmigrantes, disparando una pistola a lo loco desde su automóvil en marcha contra los extranjeros. Hirió a seis, después se bajó del coche en la plaza la Victoria, a los pies del monumento a los caídos en la Segunda Guerra Mundial, sustituyó el chaleco antibalas con una gran bandera italiana, hizo el saludo romano de la época de Mussolini y se entregó a los carabineros que lo rodeaban sin oponer resistencia.
El caso tiene en vilo a los italianos porque es la presentación enla campaña electoral para los comicios generales italianos del 4 de marzo de un extremismo de una derecha antidemocrática que crece en esta sociedad en crisis y en el resto de Europa, afirmando con la violencia los tiempos nostálgicos del fascismo y el nazismo. Nunca se había vivido una situación tan dramática en la Europa que renació de aquellas cenizas.
Los heridos han sido todos hospitalizados con distintos diagnósticos de gravedad. Se supo que en su loca carrera el joven fascista también baleó la sede local del Partido Democráticogobernante, rival de la Liga Norte en las elecciones.
Según trascendió, Traini fue candidato de la Liga Norte, el partido que es hoy un aliado incómodo de Silvio Berlusconi en la centroderecha en las elecciones administrativas de junio en Corridonia, una pequeña ciudad de 15 mil habitantes.
La información se agitó cuando una funcionaria de la Liga Norte, que durante muchos años estaba a favor de que las regiones septentrionales se fueran de Italia, dijo que Traini “está enamorado de una joven toxicodependiente romana”.
Aunque la policía no estableció por el momento ninguna relación, muchos medios vincularon este ataque a un crimen muy mediatizado en los últimos días en Italia.
Macerata está conmovida desde hace dos semanas con la aparición del cadáver descuartizado de Pamela Mastropiero, de 18 años. Las sospechas del asesinato recaen sobre un africano de Nigeria y ahora todos se preguntan si no era ésta la muchacha de la cual el fascista del tiroteo está enamorado.
Matteo Salvini, líder de la Liga Norte, xenófobo y admirador de la extrema derecha, dijo que “todo aquél que dispara es un delincuente”, pero subrayó que «es claro y evidente que una inmigración fuera de control, una invasión organizada, deriva en el enfrentamiento social».
El escritor napolitano Roberto Saviano, condenado a muerte por la camorra y bajo custodia policial hace años, afirmó que “Matteo Salvini es el mandante moral de los disparos de Luca Traini”.
