La doctora Mariana Stilman presentó hoy su renuncia a la Unidad AMIA en acuerdo con la líder de la Coalición Cívica ARI, Elisa Carrió

En un comunicado de prensa, La Coalición Cívica ARI informa que instó a la doctora Mariana Stilman a que renuncie a la Unidad AMIA. “No formamos parte ni del amiguismo, ni del nepotismo, ni de encubrimiento judicial alguno”, sostuvo la CC ARI

La doctora Mariana Stilman presentó hoy su renuncia a la Unidad AMIA en acuerdo con la líder de la Coalición Cívica ARI, Elisa Carrió y las autoridades partidarias. La nota fue presentada esta tarde ante el ministro de Justicia, Germán Garavano. La dimisión de Stilman se produjo luego de la sorpresiva intervención del Ministro en el trabajo de la querella del Estado en la causa de encubrimiento del atentado a la AMIA. “No formamos parte ni del amiguismo, ni del nepotismo, ni de encubrimiento judicial alguno”, sostuvieron desde la CC ARI.

El año pasado, la abogada de confianza de Carrió debió renunciar a la representación de la querella debido a las reiteradas intromisiones en su trabajo por parte de otro abogado que respondía a órdenes del Ministro y sus asesores, quienes impedían que Stilman desarrollara de manera adecuada su labor como apoderada en el juicio. Pese a esto, a pedido de Carrió y el titular de la unidad AMIA, Mario Cimadevilla, Stilman continuó trabajando en la Unidad para colaborar con los nuevos apoderados designados en su reemplazo, en virtud del compromiso del ex senador radical de que no volvería a producirse otra intromisión en el trabajo de los letrados. Por su parte, es importante recordar que el Ministro había reconocido mediante una resolución que el único responsable de la querella era el titular de la Unidad.

Sin embargo, casi un año después, un día antes de que el nuevo apoderado se presentara en la audiencia para alegar, de acuerdo a las instrucciones dadas por el doctor Cimadevilla, conforme al requerimiento de elevación a juicio de la propia querella y en consonancia con la acusación que había realizado la Unidad AMIA en diciembre, el Ministro de Justicia dispuso que se revocara el poder del nuevo apoderado y que se presentara a alegar en el juicio el abogado Jose Console, integrante del Tribunal de Disciplina del Club Atlético Boca Juniors, quien había sido designado también para trabajar en la querella, pero no tenía poder para representar a la Unidad AMIA.

La acusación que leyó el abogado Console en la audiencia del pasado jueves 1° de febrero, solicita la absolución total de los ex fiscales Eamon Müllen y José Barbaccia, de todos los delitos por los que fueran acusados y los hechos atribuidos. De esta forma, se los exime de toda la responsabilidad por las graves irregularidades cometidas durante el trámite de la causa por el atentado a la AMIA. Esto se ve agravado debido a los numerosos rumores acerca de los vínculos de amistad entre los ex fiscales y los integrantes del ministerio de Garavano.

Por el contrario, el proyecto de acusación que había sido elevado a Cimadevilla y al propio ministro, y que iba a ser leído por el apoderado Ventos, fundaba la acusación de ambos ex fiscales en numerosas pruebas que los implicaban en casi todas las acusaciones.

Ni Elisa Carrió ni la CC ARI están dispuestos a manipular una acusación en una causa judicial y por ninguna razón avalan los condicionamientos y presiones que han recibido los letrados designados como representantes de la querella del Estado en la causa por encubrimiento del atentado de la AMIA.

El Ministro debe dar explicaciones sobre su intempestiva decisión. Elisa Carrió ya le había manifestado al Ministro, el año pasado, que si se afectaba la línea acusatoria, se estaría encubriendo. Presentó, también, un escrito ante la Oficina Anticorrupción (OA) en la que relató lo sucedido el año pasado y advirtió que se reservaba la potestad de efectuar acciones ante eventuales excesos de poder.

Cabe aclarar que Elisa Carrió no habla con el ministro Garavano desde ese entonces.
