Patricia Kahane, directora ejecutiva de Fundación Tzedaká, dialogó en exclusiva con VIS A VIS en el cuarto piso del club Macabi mientras se llevaba adelante el 9° Encuentro de Tejido Solidario en el que participaron más de 200 mujeres durante toda la actividad. Se refirió a la Caminata Solidaria de Mujeres x Mujeres, que se llevará adelante el 2 de septiembre a las 10 hs desde Avenida del Libertador y Austria.
«Venimos con un segundo semestre con muchas actividades, donde van a escuchar hablar de Tzedaká todos los días», señaló de manera risueña, al principio de la charla la directora ejecutiva de la fundación, y se mostraba orgullosa al ver la cantidad de mujeres que convocaron en el 9° Encuentro de Tejido Solidario en la sede de Macabi: «Yo creo que está actividad tiene vigencia por que permite ofrecer un espacio donde la gente satisface más de un deseo o necesidad: por un lado combinar el gusto por una actividad que les resulta placentera como es el tejido, sentarse alrededor de una mesa con distintas mujeres de diferentes procedencias y saber que eso tiene un fin solidario que ayuda a otros. Es una actividad virtuosa y potencia las mejores cosas. Es pura ganancia para todos».
Con relación a la próxima actividad que se viene para la Fudación Tzedaká, enfatizó: «El 2 de septiembre tendremos la Caminata Solidaria de Mujeres x Mujeres, una iniciativa que surgió con el objeto de generar una actividad que tenga características similares al Encuentro del Tejido Solidario: que nuclee el deseo y las ganas de las mujeres de salir a caminar y, además, que tenga un sentido solidario de apoyar a otras mujeres que son sostenes de hogar, que es un segmento dentro de la población vulnerable que nosotros atendemos, que viene en franco crecimiento en los últimos años. Cada vez atendemos más familias que están sostenidas por mujeres solas, que no solamente deben ocuparse de sus hijos, sino que aparte deben trabajar».

Por último, Kahane hizo referencia a la Cena Anual con fines recaudatorios que organiza la Fundación Tzedaká todos los años: «Estamos muy contentos. La cena es una marca registrada muy instalada. La gente sabe que la Cena Anual de Tzedaká es un evento indispensable en lo que es la agenda anual comunitaria. Estamos muy contentos por que tuvimos una muy buena respuesta y concurrencia. Al ser una cena anual recaudatoria, permite solventar los programas que llevamos adelante,y fue muy exitosa, en ese sentido».
Además de la Caminata Solidaria de Mujeres, se realizará el martes, 16 de octubre, la Campaña Nacional de Recaudación de Medicamentos y ,el jueves 18 de ese mismo mes, la Feria de Vinos.
