El senador nacional de la Unión Cívica Radical y pre candidato a presidente, Ernesto Sanz, mantuvo un diálogo con VIS A VIS en el que destacó la importancia de buscar el consenso entre todos para generar una sociedad mejor, como así también criticó duramente las declaraciones de Cristina Fernández de Kirchner en las Naciones Unidas contra los dirigentes comunitarios por el memorándum.
–¿Qué importancia tiene el encuentro con el CJL?
– Estoy en muy contacto con la comunidad y tengo un enorme respeto. Hemos trabajado juntos en muchas cosas buenas, que tienen que ver con avances legislativos y con cuestiones que fortalecen el vínculo institucional con la comunidad argentina, y otras cosas no tan buenas, en donde aún a pesar de eso hemos estado juntos resistiendo, como lo es el memorándum con Irán, que todavía esta pendiente de resolución dado que todavía la política no se ha expedido, y en eso tenemos un camino por recorrer todavía.
– El discurso de la presidenta en las Naciones Unidas marcó la posición del gobierno con respecto al memorándum ¿Porqué cree que la presidenta tuvo un discurso tan reaccionario contra los dirigentes comunitarios?
– Es incompresible el discurso de Cristina en las Naciones Unidas por que allí tomo una posición y mostró la verdadera cara del gobierno ante la cuestión del Tratado con Irán. Pero creó que eso no se va a corregir intentando que el gobierno cambie, sino que que se va a corregir intentando cambiar al gobierno.
-¿Qué opina sobre el antisemitismo que se estuvo viviendo en los últimos meses en Argentina?
-Los brotes de antisemitismo y sectarismo, de cuestiones que había creído superado en la sociedad argentina, se deben a la falta de liderazgo político que en cause a la sociedad en un clima de paz, tolerancia, respeto y no violencia. El liderazgo político en argentina se ha basado en la confrontación y en la búsqueda de divisiones.
-¿Porque considera que a 20 años del atentado a la AMIA todavía no se ha podido incriminar a los culpables?
– Encubrimientos por parte del Estado, búsqueda de vías equivocadas y la falta de respaldo a los funcionarios judiciales. También encuentro en la Justicia, no en el fiscal Nisman, pero sí en los jueces que han tenido en su cargo esto poca voluntand de avanzar. Me parece que un gobierno que quiera encontrar vías internacionales de apoyo y a la vez que eso repercuta en los expedientes de Tribunales, y ese sería mi compromiso. Salir al mundo a buscar apoyo, volver a re constituir la relación inteligencias de los países aliados, que después del memorándum con Irán han quedado muy dañadas.
-¿El Juicio en Ausencia surge como una posible solución ante la falta de justicia?
– Claro que es una posibilidad que hay que debatir. El Juicio en Ausencia con el respaldo y apoyo de la comunidad internacional, que hay que salir a buscar y que está al alcance de la mano, sería doblemente impactante y pondría en aprietos a los que están en la vereda de enfrente.
