Caso Nisman: Las fotos policiales confirmaron los dichos de la testigo Fernández

Clarín había publicado el testimonio de la joven Natalia respecto al descontrol en Le Parc, que ratificó ante Fein.
La tropilla de peritos, policías, prefectos y curiosos que en las fotos oficiales del operativo judicial rodea a la fiscal Viviana Fein en el departamento en el que vivió y murió Alberto Nisman le dieron la razón a la joven Natalia Fernández, testigo ocasional de aquel trasiego y quien contó a Clarín detalles almodovarianos de esa larga noche en Le Parc. Ya pasó un mes, pero la noticia hoy es que, contrariamente a lo que había afirmado la fiscal, Natalia volvió a repetir completamente su historia ante Fein. Este diario accedió al contenido de su declaración, que ni la propia testigo logró que le dieran.
No falta nada: ni el pedido de medialunas, la camilla con el cuerpo del fiscal que salía y entraba del departamento, o el manoseo del celular de Nisman. Cada una de las afirmaciones de Fernández en Clarín fueron repetidas en la fiscalía.
La difusión de las fotos que la Policía Federal tomó durante el operativo de la madrugada del lunes 19 de enero, conocidas la semana pasada, cerraría cualquier duda respecto a la delicadeza y profesionalismo con que se habría desarrollado aquel trabajo. Pero tras el relato de Natalia en Clarín, la fiscal Fein había tenido una reacción flamígera: afirmó que la joven “está mintiendo”, y le advirtió: “que demuestre lo que ha dicho y que se haga cargo”.
Pues bien: el 19 de febrero, Fernández contó ante la fiscal que esa noche, cuando salió de su empleo, “un auto de prefectura se nos tiró” a a ella y su amiga, y que cuando la llevaron a Le Parc le dijeron que su tarea como testigo le insumiría “cuanto mucho media hora”.
No fue así; Natalia se fue del edificio al amanecer. Y en esas horas, según declaró ante la justicia, vio por ejemplo cómo “cuidaban” el teléfono de Nisman: “Viene un tipo vestido con traje blanco que decía PFA, (…) este tipo trajo un teléfono en la mano con guantes que tenía puestos y lo tenía con su mano como una tenaza. Dijo ‘esto es MUY importante, es el teléfono de Nisman, no hay que tocarlo en ningún momento’. (…) Había un señor que estaba de traje y que lo le prestó atención a lo que había dicho el otro tipo, y vemos que apoya y acomoda la net arriba del teléfono que habían dejado y que era importante. Cuando le estaba por decir la importancia del teléfono, ahí aparece la chica de prefectura que seguro estaba gestionando que mi amiga se fuera, y vio que el teléfono no paraba de vibrar. Esa chica de prefectura lo agarró, y lo tocó como para desbloquearlo. Le pasa la mano. Yo no sabía qué hacer, nos miramos con mi amiga, y yo que no me callo nunca, como verán, le dije ‘dijeron que no se tocara ese teléfono’. Ahí la chica me hace un gesto como ‘Uy’, se tapó la boca, sonriente, como diciendo ‘me mandé un moco’. La señora (la fiscal) no estaba en ese sector”.
También habló de los papeles de Nisman: “Empezaron con el desglose de las carpetas que estaban arriba de la mesa, creo que era de la causa AMIA, y pedían fibrones y marcadores.(…) Usaban los marcadores. No sé qué hacían… No escribían sino remarcaban el contenido de las hojas, de algunas partes. Esto no lo estaban filmando”.
Fein le pidió a Fernández que diga si la había escuchado a ella hablar de “casquillos” y “vainas”. Natalia respondió: “Yo estaba sentada frente a la mesa que quedaba a la misma línea donde la fiscal estaba hablando por teléfono con alguien dicendo las palabras ‘vainas servidas’ ‘casquillos’, son términos que yo no entiendo.” Ratificado.
Y al final, lo mejor: “Preguntado por la fiscal para que la testigo manifieste si el interior del departemento era un ‘jolgorio’, como dijo en los medios, responde: decían los de Prefectura que en vez de pedir mate tendríamos que pedir una botella de vino, lástima que vos sos la única chica acá. Estaban tomando mate y pedían medias lunas (sic)”. No más preguntas.
