Desde su nacimiento en 2009, Valor, RSE+Competitividad, la iniciativa desarrollada por la AMIA con el patrocinio del BID/Fomin, trabajó con 12 grandes empresas y sus cadenas de valor para consolidar la gestión de la Responsabilidad Social Empresaria (RSE) en el interior de la Argentina. Para el 2016, se prevé extender el alcance.
Durante el 2015, empresas líderes en su segmento volvieron a apostar por Valor para implementar prácticas de mejora en sustentabilidad dentro de su cadena de valor. Tal es el caso del Banco Galicia, que trabajó junto a sus clientes y proveedores de Rosario en ciclos de capacitación grupal y consultorías. Toyota, por su parte, lanzó un nuevo trabajo con proveedores de Buenos Aires.
La compañía Henkel Argentina trabajó con proveedores y distribuidores de Buenos Aires, mientras que Holcim Argentina impulsó prácticas de mejora con sus proveedores de Jujuy, Mendoza y Córdoba. Finalmente, el Grupo Telecom desarrolló capacitaciones a 25 proveedores de Buenos Aires y a 15 proveedores en Rosario.
Más del 50% de las empresas destinatarias que forman parte de las cadenas de valor de las grandes empresas asociadas a Valor, están localizadas en el interior argentino. Aproximadamente un 10% de estas empresas están ubicadas en zonas rurales.
Todo este trabajo se realizó mediante un grupo de consultores especializados en las distintas dimensiones de la RSE, provistos y capacitados por el propio programa Valor. Durante 2015, se capacitó consultores en las provincias de Jujuy, Córdoba, Mendoza y Buenos Aires. Esto supone dejar capacidades instaladas en las localidades del interior, disponibles para emprender futuras acciones de sustentabilidad.
Actualmente, Valor tiene presencia en 11 provincias de la Argentina. Para el 2016 se prevé continuar con consultorías con Banco Galicia en Rosario, finalizar las consultorías con distribuidores y proveedores de Henkel y Toyota, iniciar un nuevo ciclo con Banco Santander, y consultorías con proveedores de Holcim, en distintos puntos del país. Además, está estipulado trabajar con nuevas cadenas de valor de grandes empresas.
