A más de un año de la muerte del fiscal especial de la UFI AMIA Alberto Nisman y a casi uno de la multitudinaria marcha por la independencia de la Justicia conocida como #18F, fiscales y funcionarios judiciales volvieron a convocar a un acto «por la verdad, la memoria y la justicia» en Plaza Lavalle frente al Palacio de Justicia el jueves 18 de febrero a las 18.
«Hace 13 meses el Pueblo Argentino se conmovía con la muerte del Fiscal Federal de la Nación, Dr. Alberto Nisman, quien investigaba el atentado terrorista más brutal que sufriera nuestro país, y quien acababa de denunciar a la Presidenta de la Nación, al Canciller y a otros cómplices integrantes del oficialismo de entonces, por encubrimiento del atentado mediante la firma del bochornoso e inconstitucional memorándum de entendimiento con Irán. Justamente, en vísperas de su presencia en el Congreso, invitado por los legisladores de la oposición y sometido a una campaña de agresiones, encontró la muerte», explica el comunicado difundido hoy por los mismos funcionarios judiciales que el año pasado convocaron a la multitudinaria marcha del #18F.
La convocatoria sostiene que «la sensación de que fue un abominable crimen de Estado no es motivo de duda para nadie, manteniendo la conmoción en todos». Por ello, «los que convocamos a esa histórica Marcha invitamos a todos aquellos que no quieren olvidar, que quieren que se llegue a la verdad, y que reclaman se haga Justicia con Nisman, honrando su memoria, a expresarlo».
El comunicado lleva la firma de Julio Piumato, Guillermo Marijuan, Ricardo Saenz, Raúl Plee, Germán Moldes, José María Campagnoli, Carlos Stornelli, Luis Cevasco, Carlos Ernst, Carlos Donoso Castex y Alberto Lozada.
