El ex director de contrainteligencia de la ex SIDE durante el kirchnerismo Antonio Stiusso le brindó una entrevista al diario La Nación en la que habló del caso AMIA, de los Kirchner, del servicio de inteligencia «paralelo» y de Alberto Nisman, «Era muy bueno en lo que hacía pero tenía pruebas que involucraban al gobierno anterior»
La Entrevista
-¿Cómo está?
-Bien, muy tranquilo ahora.
-¿Cuándo volvió al país?
-Volví después del cumpleaños de Cristina (19 de febrero). Estuve en Estados Unidos con asilo por todas las amenazas que recibimos tanto yo como mi familia. Amenazas de muerte del gobierno anterior.
-¿A qué se dedica ahora?
-Trabajo en mi empresa, que tengo desde el 97 y en la que siempre trabajé.
-¿Se puede dejar de ser servicio?
-No, es una profesión que nunca se abandona.
-¿Qué opina de la causa AMIA?
-Que las cosas no se hicieron bien. Fíjese que en todos los países del mundo en que hubo ataques terroristas la situación se manejó de otra manera, acá nunca se pudo esclarecer nada porque los gobiernos siempre trataron de tapar las cosas, de sobornar jueces, presionar funcionarios.
-¿Qué le parece el memorándum con Irán?
-El gobierno anterior quiso hacer creer que los iraníes no tuvieron nada que ver, que la culpa recae en los sirios. ¿No le parece raro que Timerman haya negociado este memorándum en Alepo (Siria), en donde los sirios supuestamente sólo auspiciaron el encuentro?
-¿Qué le pasó a Alberto Nisman?
-Lo mataron. Yo podría haber terminado como él. Hubo persecución, lo amenazaron muchas veces, tanto a él como a mí, amenazaron a su familia.
-¿Y por qué siguió adelante entonces?
-Porque era su trabajo y porque el no seguir adelante no implicaba que viviera. En las escuchas que tenía como evidencia involucraba al Gobierno, de una forma u otra habría sido lo mismo. Él antes de denunciarlo ya lo había comentado con algunos periodistas, se sabía.
-¿Y usted por qué se salvó?
-Porque no pudieron encontrarme, me fui a tiempo.
-Es decir que fue el gobierno de Cristina el que lo mandó a matar.
-Y sí.
-¿Sospecha de la figura de Lagomarsino?
-Yo sospecho de todos.
-Usted fue el último al que llamó Nisman, pero nunca lo atendió. ¿Por qué?
-Porque no escuché el teléfono, estaba en vibrador.
-Nisman y Arroyo Salgado fueron aliados de Cristina. Sin ir más lejos, Arroyo Salgado fue quien le sacó la bombacha a la hija de Herrera de Noble. ¿Qué pasó?
-Eso no tiene nada que ver, ellos cumplían con su trabajo. Yo también he sacado peines de casas para tratar de identificar a los hijos de desaparecidos. Alberto era un persona muy inteligente, muy bueno en lo que hacía. Él investigó lo que pidieron, encontró evidencias contra el Gobierno y las hizo públicas.
-¿Cree que se va a esclarecer la muerte de Nisman?
-Creo que en algún momento se va a saber. A Alberto le aplicaron el relato después de fallecido, trataron de desmerecer todo lo que estaba haciendo. Ahora que ya no están en el poder, el relato se cae.
-Se decía que usted les armaba los «carpetazos» a Néstor y a Cristina en contra de los opositores…
-Eso es mentira, yo no armaba ningún carpetazo, yo no entiendo de política, yo hacía otras cosas: me ocupaba de cosas exteriores, de inteligencia, contrainteligencia, terrorismo. Los Kirchner no utilizaban la SIDE porque tenían sus servicios paralelos, con gente que investigaba para ellos y les armaba sus propios carpetazos.
-¿Quién estaba a cargo de ese servicio de inteligencia paralelo?
-Lo declararé cuando me cite la Justicia.
-¿Oscar Parrilli?
-Parrilli es un payaso, no podía manejar nada.
-¿Conoció a Néstor y a Cristina?
-A ella la vi una sola vez, a él nunca lo conocí.
-Las escuchas pasarán de nuevo a la AFI. ¿Qué opina de eso?
-Que es lo mismo. No es un agujero negro, como todos dicen. El sistema funciona así: hay una central que graba las conversaciones, la pinchadura se pide por orden de la Justicia a las compañías telefónicas, que las desvían a la «ojota» (la oficina de intercepciones).
-¿Usted nunca pinchó teléfonos ilegalmente?
-Hay que tener un equipo especial. No contábamos con ese equipo, que sí lo tenía este servicio de inteligencia paralelo que manejaba Cristina.
-¿Qué opina de la detención de Pérez Corradi?
-Me parece que es un peón. Al verdadero rey de la efedrina, Mario Segovia, lo detuve yo en 2008 y ahí estalló el tema de la mafia de los medicamentos. De todos modos, a mí nunca me pasaron la orden de que lo busque a Pérez Corradi.
-¿Cree que Aníbal Fernández está implicado?
-(Se encoge de hombros.) Lo que tenga que decir lo diré en la Justicia.
-Se dice que fue usted quien informó del dinero de José López y que por eso lo encontraron.
-No, yo no tengo nada que ver. Ahora saltan todas estas causas porque Cristina ya no tiene el aparato del Estado y no puede seguir silenciando.
-¿Por qué lo removieron de la SI?
-Quisieron hacer creer que yo era el demonio y que con mi salida se transparentaba todo. El problema fue que empezaron a aparecer las denuncias en contra de Cristina y eso la molestó; a través de los medios hizo recaer en mí una serie de acusaciones.
-¿Qué sabe usted de Cristina para que se haya ensañado tanto?
-Pregúntele a ella.
-¿Cambió la situación con la creación de la AFI?
-La AFI sigue siendo lo mismo que antes era la SIDE, pero con gente de Cristina que ahora supongo que será gente de Macri. Me sacaron a mí y a muchos que estábamos desde hacía tiempo para poder poner a su gente.
-¿Conoce a Aníbal Fernández?
-Lo vi en un par de oportunidades. En una con Alberto (Nisman), que él nos estaba grabando. Aníbal era uno de los que más querían, junto con Cristina, que vuelva al país para asesinarme. Ahora que están fuera del gobierno no me vino a visitar. Nadie me vino a visitar. Ellos pensaron que iban a ser eternos, ya no tienen poder, no tienen el aparato del Estado.
-¿Cristina no tiene poder?
-¿A usted le parece que sí? Ya está, ahora sólo es una mujer loca, sin fuerza, sin el aparato del Estado.
