El jueves 14 de septiembre a partir de las 18:45 en La Rural se va a vivir la tercera edición de Ideas Development, el proyecto de Shagriria que es impulsado por el Centro Hebreo Ioná, y que busca generar una diplomacia cultural uniendo a Israel con la Argentina a través del arte, la diversidad, la actualidad y los nuevas formas de comunicarnos.
En esta tercera edición trece participantes de Shagriria contarán sus historias a través del formato TED style bajo el lema «Historias para Renovarte», pero antes la Cadena Judía de Información Vis a Vis pudo dialogar con parte del equipo que trabaja en ID: Uriel Aiskovich (UA), Eduardo Vinocur (EV) y Bárbara Zeifer (BZ).
Ellos nos relataron acerca de cómo se están preparando para este nuevo ID, las historias fuertes que se contarán y la metamorfosis que sufrió ID en estos tres años.

– ¿Qué va a tener de especial esta tercera edición de Ideas Development?
Uriel Aiskovich- El foco que queremos dejar en claro de Ideas Development es que todas las personas tienen algo para contar y para inspirar; no importa el título profesional, la edad ni de dónde vengas, todos tienen algo valioso para contar y que puedan hacer una diferencia en la vida de los demás.
– En estos tres años de ID se vivió una metamorfosis con respecto a la edad de los participantes, esto se hizo más notorio en la última edición con el poder de las historias que se relataban. ¿A qué se debe?
UA- ID nació como un programa dirigido para jóvenes y lo que fuimos notando es que no tenemos que segmentar necesariamente por edades sino que hay una riqueza muy grande en la diversidad de poder tener un joven de 21 años que pueda contar una historia muy fuerte de cuando vivió en Israel y, también, poder tener a una persona especialista en el gerenciamiento de la salud o una persona de 60 años con una gran historia de vida. A veces en la comunidad tenemos la idea de que todo tiene que ser segmentado o para un público muy específico. Tenemos una sobreviviente de la Shoá que va a estar como espectadora, pero que su historia va a estar presente en uno de los participantes. Cuando empezamos teníamos el prejuicio de que Shagriria tenía que ser más moderno, y para jóvenes, y hoy en día estamos viendo la riqueza de toda la diversidad.
Eduardo Vinocur- Esto ayuda a salir de los moldes pre-establecidos de que tal edad tiene que hacer tal cosa y otro grupo etario tiene que hacer otra. En un mismo espacio se formó un grupo heterogéneo en edades y en actividades que pueden seguir aprendiendo uno de otro, como lo hacemos nosotros de ellos, y a la vez llevarse experiencia. Una de las mejores virtudes de este año, que fue resaltada por los participantes, es esta diversidad que se generó.
– ¿Qué va a ver el espectador cuando vaya este jueves a ver ID?
Bárbara Zeifer- El público va a escuchar historias particulares que van a tener ganas de contárselas a sus amigos y familiares. Es un semillero de historias que comienzan en ID, pero después se propagan por todos lados, pero no porque sean historias fuera de lo común sino porque nuestro trabajo es que cada uno puede encontrar en su vida esa historia que tiene ganas de escuchar.
– ¿Cómo es el proceso que pasan estos 13 participantes hasta llegar al día de la presentación?
BZ- Es un proceso muy intenso y movilizante para todos. Es un proceso que dura cuatro meses en el que los participantes reciben formación, información, técnicas y consejos, pero muy especialmente se trabaja un coaching personalizado con cada participante de pensar y reflexionar sobre qué nos hace únicos y diferentes, quiénes somos. Es un proceso del que todos los participantes salen fortalecidos.
– ¿Este proceso que atravesó ID de salir de la segmentación etaria tiene que ver con el lugar elegido en esta ocasión para llevar adelante el cierre del curso?
BZ- Nuestro proyecto tiene una intención de salir por fuera de lo que es el ámbito comunitario y que las historias circulen por la ciudad. La idea del evento es que se mezclen la identidad de los participantes con sus vidas cotidianas. Eso es lo que me parece que lo hace tan innovador al evento.
Por último, ¿qué historias los sorprendieron de este ID?
UA- Yo diría que todas. Todas las personas que elegimos para que estén en el escenario tienen historias muy sorprendentes. Como decía Bárbara, en estos meses hubo un proceso interesante acerca de las historias que los participantes quisieron potenciar y al principio no lo sabían. No queremos spoilear las historias, pero van a ver desde las emotivas/románticas hasta emprendimientos de la villa 21-24 con la población guaraní.
