Receta judía del día: cómo preparar el tradicional Pletzalej

El pletzalej  es sin duda una de las maravillas que nos acompaña desde muy siempre a aquellos que amamos la comida judía, siempre de la mano de las bobes que sabían darle un toque muy especial. Con el legendario queso «García» o queso blanco, pastrón, pepinos o lo que quieran agregar, es una de las delicias tradicionales de la comida judía

Ingredientes
2 Huevos
2 cucharaditas de Azúcar
1 kg Harina 0000
1 sobrecito de Levadura (en polvo)
½ litro de Agua caliente
1 cucharadita de sal
1 chorrito de Aceite (a lo último)

Procedimiento

Colocamos la harina en forma de corona, luego le agregamos la levadura y los huevos. Posteriormente agregamos el resto de los ingredientes y amasamos bien.
Colocamos la masa en un bol, previamente aceitado. Dejamos levar durante 1 hora y media.
Una vez levado, hacemos bollitos y los dejamos levar un poquito más.
Los aplanamos con la mano, luego le hacemos un huequito en el medio, lo pintamos con yema de huevo, e incorporamos cebolla cruda picada chiquita y amapola.
Cocinar a horno fuerte durante 10 minutos.
