El icónico director de orquesta eligió la Sinfonía n.º 2 de Mahler para su actuación final como director musical
El director Zubin Mehta terminó su carrera de 50 años como director musical de la Orquesta Filarmónica de Israel el domingo, celebrando su última reverencia en un concierto con la orquesta en Tel Aviv.
Después de disculparse con la audiencia en el Auditorio Charles Bronfman de que incluso después de 50 años todavía no puede hablar hebreo, agradeció a la Filarmónica por haberle dado y enseñado tanto, a lo largo de todas las generaciones de la orquesta.
