Una sinagoga del barrio porteño de Belgrano que estaba abierta para una ceremonia religiosa pese al aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio decretado por la pandemia del coronavirus fue allanada en las últimas horas y se detuvo a tres personas por desobediencia, informó el Ministerio Público Fiscal (MPF) porteño
El allanamiento fue realizado anoche en el establecimiento ubicado en la intersección de la avenida Crámer y Blanco Encalada, que había convocado por Facebook a un evento religioso, pese a la prohibición dispuesta por el decreto.
El procedimiento fue encabezado por el Cuerpo de Investigaciones Judiciales (CIJ) perteneciente al MPF, junto a la Policía de la Ciudad.
Según el comunicado del MPF, la comunidad “Adjut Israel” comunicó por Facebook que la “mikve”, es decir, el espacio donde se realizan los baños de purificación, continuaría abierta con restricciones de horario, algo que no está permitido.
Siempre según el MPF, además aclaraban que estaba prohibido el ingreso a mujeres en cuarentena o con síntomas, y que ante esto último sugerían contactar a las mujeres que asisten durante el ritual, y no al sistema de salud.
El artículo 5 del decreto 297/2020 establece que durante la vigencia del “aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio” no podrán realizarse eventos culturales, recreativos, deportivos, religiosos, ni de ninguna otra índole que impliquen la concurrencia de personas.
La DAIA se expresó al respecto y declaró que “destaca y apoya la labor del Ministerio Público Fiscal y su Cuerpo de Investigaciones Judiciales (CIJ) y seguirá estando a disposición para trabajar en conjunto para garantizar el cumplimiento de la ley y el cuidado de todos”, señala el comunicado.
Como resultado del operativo, tres personas fueron detenidas -entre ellos el rabino Daniel Oppenheimer-, por violación al artículo 239 del Código Penal, que castiga con prisión de quince días a un año a quien resistiere o desobedeciere a un funcionario público en el ejercicio legítimo de sus funciones.
