El presidente Alberto Fernández ratificó este jueves que la muerte del fiscal Alberto Nisman no fue un crimen, sino un suicidio, postura que ya había hecho pública luego de que se estrenara el documental “Nisman: el fiscal, la presidenta y el espía”, en la plataforma Netflix.
A menos de un mes de que se cumplan 6 años de la muerte del fiscal, el mandatario volvió a opinar sobre el caso y aseguró que al igual que ocurrió con la muerte de Juan Duarte, en esta oportunidad “la Justicia va cambiando de acuerdo al momento político”.
“Como la Justicia va cambiando de acuerdo al momento político, llega un momento donde uno no sabe a quién creerle, el ciudadano común no sabe a quién creerle. En el caso Nisman, yo estoy convencido de que fue un suicidio; después de dudarlo mucho eh, no voy a mentir, después de dudarlo mucho”, aseguró Fernández en una extensa entrevista en Radio 10.

El documental del británico Justin Webster analiza la muerte del entonces fiscal a cargo de la Unidad AMIA, ocurrida el 18 de enero de 2015. Días antes había denunciado a la por entonces presidenta Cristina Kirchner por un supuesto pacto con Irán para negociar impunidad en la causa que investigaba el atentado a la mutual judía.
En ese documental, Fernández aseguró que “hasta el día de hoy, dudo que se haya suicidado”. A principio de año, el mandatario se refirió a aquella palabas y aclaró su posición. “Hasta hoy las pruebas acumuladas no dan lugar a pensar en que hubo un asesinato”, había dicho. Hoy volvió a ratificar esa posición.
Durante la entrevista, Fernández denunció también que hay medios de comunicación que tienen “operadores políticos” en la Justicia. “No quiero contar estas cosas para meter gente presa, quiero contarlas para que dejen de ocurrir”, aseguró.
