Hoy, 18 de enero del 2021, se cumplen seis años del día que el fiscal Alberto Nisman apareció muerto por un balazo en su cabeza en el baño de su departamento.

Desde ese momento se barajaron las dos hipótesis posibles: asesinato o suicidio. Incluso desde los mas altos cargos del gobierno también surgieron las contradicciones. En alguna ocasión, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner habló del «suicidio que no fue suicidio» y del actual presidente, Alberto Fernández, quien también lo afirmó: «Hasta el día de hoy, dudo que se haya suicidado».

La hipótesis del motivo es que lo mataron por su trabajo como fiscal, cuya última y resonante medida había sido denunciar a la ex presidenta Cristina Kirchner y a parte de su gobierno por encubrir a los iraníes acusados de volar la AMIA. La denuncia la presentó el miércoles 14 de enero de 2015. El domingo 18 estaba muerto.

Tras una autopsia, una junta médica y una junta criminalística no pudieron determinar con certeza si se trataba de un suicidio o de un homicidio. Una pericia de Gendarmería llegó, por fin, a una conclusión terminante: fue un crimen.

Por el caso están procesados cuatro de los custodios de Nisman y Lagomarsino, como partícipe necesario. Faltan los autores de ese crimen.

Mientras tanto, la comunidad judía en particular y la sociedad argentina en general no tienen la certeza de quién o quiénes fueron los autores del asesinato. Un fiscal de la nación que investiga a las mas altas autoridades del país aparece muerto y seis años después no hay un solo detenido.

Hace muy pocos días, el Tribunal Oral N° 3 absolvió a Carlos Telleldín  por considerar que no existen elementos de que el ex reducidor formara parte de una célula terrorista. Ni que hubiese sabido que el destino de la camioneta Trafic que vendió fuese el de estrellarse contra el frente de Pasteur 633; en el peor atentado de la historia de nuestro país.

Ni el ataque a la AMIA (1994) ni el de la embajada de Israel en Argentina (1992) tienen a los culpables detenidos. Todas las hipótesis conducen a que células terroristas de Hezbollah financiados por Irán fueron los responsables de los atentados, pero para Argentina no hay culpables. Ni de afuera, ni de adentro del país. Igual que con la muerte del fiscal Alberto Nisman.

Mientras en el resto del mundo resuelven los atentados o hechos delictivos en cuestión de horas o días (Charlie Hebdo, Torres Gemelas en Estados Unidos, Atocha, atentados terroristas en Israel, Niza, Barcelona, etc), en la Argentina los tres más importantes de su historia no tienen resolución concreta.

Cada enero de estos seis que sucedieron a su muerte se desencadena una serie de ataques que quieren poner en duda lo que para las pericias oficiales de la gendarmería no deja lugar a dudas. Fue un asesinato.

Sólo falta detener al autor real y al intelectual. Lamentablemente, no creemos que esto vaya a suceder. No habrá detenidos. Como tampoco lo habrá para los autores de los atentados a la embajada y a la AMIA. Por más que haya marchas, reclamos, libros, conferencias o actos conmemorativos. No habrá detenidos, no habrá culpables ni habrá responsables. Pero hay que tener cuidado. La impunidad invita a repetir la historia. Y como lo dijo el filósofo español Jorge Ruiz de Santayana y así figura en la puerta 4 de la entrada de Auschwitz: «Quien olvida su historia está condenado a repetirla».
