La periodista y escritora española, Pilar Rahola, se expresó en su canal de YouTube sobre el sexto aniversario de la muerte del fiscal Alberto Nisman.
«En el 6° aniversario de su muerte, Mi homenaje al amigo Alberto Nisman. Mi denuncia contra la impunidad. Mi grito contra el silencio.
¿Qué ocurre en la Argentina?
¿Cómo es posible que tres acontecimientos trágicos de dimensión internacional, que han ocurrido en los últimos años, ninguno de ellos tenga ni sentada una sola persona en los juzgados? ¿No hay ni un solo detenido?
Recordémoslo: Atentado a la Embajada de Israel. Atentado de AMIA que significó el asesinato de 85 personas y 300 heridos. Y la muerte del fiscal Alberto Nisman, mi querido amigo, que un día como hoy hace seis años aparecía con un tiro en la cabeza en el baño de su departamento. Justo cuando acababa de denunciar públicamente a la presidenta Cristina Kirchner por connivencia con Irán, el país acusado junto con Hezbollah del asesinato masivo de AMIA y de la Embajada de Israel

Las víctimas de AMIA y de Israel habían sido asesinadas por Hezbollah. La pista estaba clara. Alberto Nisman era el fiscal. Muchas veces hablé con él. Cada vez que iba a Argentina o cuando él (Nisman) me llamaba y me explicaba los datos que tenía. La información y cuando se firmó el memorándum. Era un memorándum de encubrimiento de los crímenes. Alberto Nisman me dijo personalmente en el Hotel Alvear recuerdo una tarde hablando tranquilamente me dijo: ‘Estos tipos van a vender a las víctimas de AMIA. Van a negociar con ellas.
Van a traficar con su muerte. Todo para poder hacer negocios con Irán, para poder acercarse geopolíticamente con el eje bolivariano a Irán y para poder además tener alguna alegría energética’. Pilar, me dijo Alberto Nisman: ‘Un día de estos, estos tipos me van a matar porque los voy a denunciar’. Hablé con él poco antes de su muerte. Estaba eufórico. ‘Tengo las pruebas, tengo la capacidad de demostrarlas. Pilar, vamos a conseguir sacarle los colores a este gobierno. Vamos a conseguir denunciarlo’, me dijo Nisman.

¿Seis años después que ha ocurrido? Lo recordamos seis años después de su muerte. El fiscal que llevó la causa original ingresó en prisión por graves delitos. El aparato de inteligencia durante el atentado fue usado de encubrirlo y dos presidentes fueron acusados de proteger a los verdugos. Carlos Menem acusado de desviar la investigación para impedir que se investigará la pista Siria. ¿Se acuerdan? fue absuelto en un escandaloso juicio que se limitó a la pista eterna; y Cristina Fernández de Kirchner acusada de encubrimiento y responsable del vergonzoso memorándum.
Después de todo lo que ha ocurrido, seis años después, ni uno de los responsables del atentado de la Embajada (de Israel), ni uno de los responsables del atentado de AMIA, ni uno de los responsables de la muerte de Alberto Nisman están sentados en el banquillo.
Es una vergüenza para Argentina. Una vergüenza para el mundo. Un hundimiento de la justicia. Es una impunidad de los asesinos. Es un dolor, una segunda muerte de las víctimas. Hoy en el sexto aniversario del asesinato de Alberto Nisman levanto la voz para recordar al amigo, para homenajear al gran fiscal y para denunciar la enorme vergüenza de la impunidad que está ocurriendo en Argentina. No a la impunidad. Sí a la justicia. Sí a la memoria».
