A poco días del inicio del ciclo lectivo en la ciudad de Buenos Aires, Vis á Vis dialogó con Diana Grimbe, la directora de la escuela Maimónides.

La modalidad en el regreso, la presencialidad y virtualidad, figuran entre los temas principales de la entrevista. Además, remarcó que las instalaciones de Maimónides cuentan con las medidas requeridas para poder llevar a cabo las clases con sus debidos protocolos.

A su vez, destacó a la Comisión Directiva al plantear un diferencial en los aranceles del Maternal y de las salas de 18 meses.

¿Qué modalidad tendrá Maimónides en el comienzo de las clases?

Lo primero que me gustaría destacar es que estamos asistiendo a un “nuevo modelo
Maimónides”. La escuela que conocimos hasta el 2019 o la extraordinaria vivencia del 2020
creemos que no se repetirán. Por lo tanto, asistimos toda la comunidad educativa a
implementar unas nuevas formas de organización y modelos de enseñanza.

¿Cómo serán los turnos? ¿Habrá virtualidad?

La primera semana de clases los niños asistirán en el turno de la mañana y la semana
siguiente, progresivamente implementaremos la jornada completa para los tres niveles:
maternal, jardín y primaria. Organizamos las clases presenciales y tendremos las plataformas virtuales disponibles para los alumnos que lo precisen y no puedan asistir a la escuela. Los entornos digitales seguirán vigentes como parte del nuevo modelo. Creo que la dicotomía presencial vs virtual no la debemos presentar así. Hoy las clases pueden ser presenciales, sin lugar a dudas, en entornos virtuales.

¿Qué cambios internos realizaron ante este nuevo escenario?

Lo primero que quiero manifestar en relación a los espacios que preocupa a muchas escuelas es que en la Escuela Maimónides, tanto los edificios del Jardín como en la Primaria, tenemos suficientes salas, grados y ámbitos amplios para cuidar las distancias según los protocolos y muy especialmente cuentan con hermosos espacios al aire libre que todos serán utilizados.
También, hemos revisado cada sala y cada grado, analizado intensamente su reorganización por subgrupos en los casos necesarios, y adjudicando los maestros y ayudantes que como siempre son el pilar de nuestro preciado trabajo de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Se adquirieron todos los recursos y mobiliarios para garantizar el mejor funcionamiento cuidando a toda la comunidad educativa.

¿Hay diferenciales en la matrícula?

La Comisión Directiva ha planteado un diferencial en los aranceles del Maternal y de las salas de 18 meses. Queremos que ninguna familia se quede sin mandar a sus bebés a nuestra escuela por razones económicas. Del mismo modo siempre se han atendido las necesidades de cada familia. La nuestra es una escuela comunitaria y ese pilar guía todas las acciones.

¿Qué reflexiones hacés previo al inicio del ciclo lectivo 2021?

Tenemos que prepararnos toda la comunidad educativa para transitar un nuevo año con certezas que iremos afirmando semana a semana y con mucha flexibilidad y tolerancia para los cambios que pudieran producirse en el transcurso. Para que los desafíos de este año se conviertan en logros, será necesario que tengamos constancia, tenacidad, paciencia y una dosis de audacia. Pero estoy muy confiada, ya que tenemos un gran equipo de docentes y directores y, muy especialmente, una fuerte alianza con los padres donde prima la comunicación y la confianza.
