Tomas Farini Duggan, abogado de los familiares de víctimas del atentado a la AMIA, Luis Czyzewski y Mario Averbuch, dijo a Clarín, parafraseando a Alberto Fernández, que una visita de un juez a un presidente “no es un delito”.

En cambio, el fiscal Marcelo Colombo solicitó al Tribunal Oral Federal 8 (TOF 8) que se avance hacia el inicio del juicio.
Mientras se intenta voltear el juicio oral, Zannini pidió ayuda al TOF 8 para producir prueba a su favor. Roberto Boico renunció formalmente a la defensa de Cristina para asumir en la cámara federal porteña.
Como el TOF 8 delegó la producción de pruebas en las partes, Zannini preguntó cómo solicitar prueba al juzgado federal Nº 6, a la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, al Gobierno, al Congreso y a la dirección de Migraciones.
Un tema está concatenado con otro. Boico integra la sala II de la cámara federal que deberá decidir una apelación de Farini Duggan al sobreseimiento que el juez federal Marcelo Martínez Di Giorgi le dictó a Noble.
Para la querella, Noble participó junto al ex canciller Héctor Timerman de las negociaciones que dieron lugar al memorándum firmado en el 2013.

La apelación al sobreseimiento de Noble la deberán decidir Boico, y sus colegas Martín Irurzun y Eduardo Farah. Boico debería excusarse por haber sido el abogado de Cristina en esta misma causa. Entonces, Irurzun y Farah, quienes apoyaron la investigación desde el 2015, tendrán ahora la última palabra sobre esta decisión clave.
