La DAIA viajará a Mar del Plata para solicitar que un neonazi vuelva a prisión

El presidente de la DAIA, Dr. Jorge Knoblovits viajará este viernes a Mar del Plata con el ex abogado de la institución, Dr. Alejandro Broitman, para una audiencia por el caso del neonazi que atacó a una testigo luego que fuera excarcelado.

Nicolás Caputo, uno de los condenados por los ataques neonazis cometidos en Mar del Plata entre 2013 y 2016, fue excarcelado a principios de abril por «su voluntad de superación” y una “conducta ejemplar”. Esta semana fue denunciado por presuntas agresiones físicas que casi le cuestan la vida a Piuque Luz Troncoso Ponce, la testigo en la causa que lo llevó al juicio y lo condenó a ocho años y medio de prisión

Vis a Vis dialogó con el Dr. Knoblovits, quien aseguró que «este viernes viajaremos junto al Dr Broitman, quien era el abogado durante el proceso (hoy ya no es parte de la DAIA) que logró la condena a ocho años de prisión y corresponde que sea él quien nos acompañe». «Tendremos la audiencia y buscaremos que se revoque la condicional».

Por su parte, El Dr. Broitman explicó los motivos de esta solicitud: «Habiendo cumplido parte de la condena, el señor Nicolás Caputo al salir, tomó contacto con la señorita Piuke. La pudo enroscar, la pudo engañar y provocarle un sentimiento de culpa hasta que logró invitarla a un departamento. Allí se produjo una agresión desmedida y realmente dónde corrió peligro la vida de la señorita. Se pudo escapar y denunciar al agresor»

Además agregó, «con un criterio lógico, acordamos con el presidente de la DAIA que sea yo quien viaje junto a él y poder lograr que este señor vuelva a prisión»
