Soldado austriaco mostró fotos de su tatuaje con una esvástica

Un soldado austriaco publicó en Internet fotos de un tatuaje de una esvástica que tiene en uno de sus testículos y fue condenado a 19 meses de prisión.

La sentencia dictada a principios de este mes por un tribunal contra el soldado austriaco de 29 años se debe, además de la esvástica tatuada, a una condena anterior por exhibir símbolos nazis.

Precisamente, la pena que recibió tiempo atrás se debió a la publicación en Internet de fotos de recuerdos nazis de la Segunda Guerra Mundial.

Sin embargo, esa condena se activó cuando el soldado mostró a otras personas con las que había prestado servicio las fotos del tatuaje. El hombre, de quien no se reveló su identidad públicamente, alegó estar borracho cuando se hizo el tatuaje a principios de 2021.

Austria lanzó este año un plan para combatir el creciente antisemitismo, con el énfasis en mejorar las medidas de seguridad para la comunidad judía.

La ministra Karoline Edstadtler señaló con alarma que el número de incidentes de odio contra judíos se había más que duplicado desde 2014

Como si fuera poco, en 2020 se alcanzó el nivel más alto sucesos desde que comenzaron los registros oficiales de la comunidad judía, hace 19 años.
