La Embajadora de Francia en la Argentina, Claudia Scherer-Effosse, y el Embajador de Alemania, Ulrich Sante, visitaron hoy la sede de la DAIA para conmemorar el 27° aniversario del atentado perpetrado contra la AMIA-DAIA.

Luego de encender una vela y realizar un minuto de silencio en memoria de las víctimas del ataque terrorista, el presidente de la DAIA, Jorge Knoblovits, destacó “estar acompañados por dos países que también han sido víctimas del terrorismo para abrazar, de alguna manera, a las víctimas”. Consideró necesario “trabajar juntos para que, no sólo el terrorismo, sino que el combate contra el terrorismo tampoco registre fronteras”.

Por su parte, el embajador alemán señaló que “es importante como alemanes, pero también como demócratas. Como gente que cree en la libertad de religión y de pensamiento, que estemos hoy aquí para conmemorar a las víctimas”.
