El luchador iraní Mohammad Ali Geraei elogió a Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Muhammad Ali y Adolf Hitler como líder inspiradores.

La periodista iraní-noruega Mina Bai twitteó: “¡El campeón mundial iraní de lucha grecorromana Mohammad Geraei en una entrevista con un medio deportivo en Irán ha nombró a Zlatan, Muhammad Ali y Hitler como sus inspiraciones! ¡El gobierno iraní hizo que el odio a los judíos sea tan normal que no haya límite de hasta dónde se pueda llegar!”

Por su parte, Iran International informó por primera vez sobre el comentario pro Hitler del luchador iraní. Además, dijo: “La pregunta es, ¿cómo es el sistema educativo en Irán cuando Adolf Hitler, uno de los mayores criminales de la historia y el iniciador de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, se convierte en una leyenda de un héroe nacional?

El feed de Twitter de la sección de deportes de Iran International mostró una imagen de Al Geraei junto a Hitler.

Por su parte, el ex líder del equipo de lucha grecorromana de Irán, Sardar Pashaei, ahora ciudadano estadounidense, afirmó: «Como alguien que entrenó al equipo nacional de Irán durante muchos años y asistió a los campamentos del equipo nacional, debo decir que es muy triste para mí cuando veo cómo nuestros deportistas se convirtieron en marionetas del gobierno y tienen que aprender la lección del odio en lugar de la amistad».

También la cuenta de Twitter de Israel en Persa tuiteó: “El problema es el gobierno antisemita de los ayatolás que presenta al criminal más grande de la historia como un héroe. Al igual que Hitler, los ayatolás sacrifican al pueblo iraní por sus objetivos”.

Además, añadió que «las espadas de Ali Geraei son como echar sal en las heridas de millones de personas cuyas familias fueron víctimas del odio. Por supuesto, no me sorprende que los atletas iraníes elogien a Qassem Soleimani u otros criminales como Hitler. Sistemáticamente les lavan el cerebro en los campamentos del equipo deportivo nacional. En esos campamentos, los jóvenes atletas se someten a entrenamiento religioso y se ven obligados a participar en ceremonias gubernamentales».

Geraei (28 años) nació en Shiraz en 1994 y la ortografía de su nombre también se menciona como Mohammadali Abdolhamid Geraei.

El luchador estrella ganó una medalla de bronce en el campeonato mundial de 2021 y una medalla de oro en los Juegos Asiáticos de 2018. La lucha grecorromana está restringida al agarre de la parte superior del cuerpo y permite ataques a las piernas.
