“Esta es una de las cosas por las que queremos venir a Nueva York: a rezar y a agradecer”, continuó la periodista.
Además, la especialista en espectáculos señaló: “Después les cuento toda la historia del cementerio al que voy a ir porque me imagino que todas van a querer ir”, y concluyó: “Que bien que hacen porque lo que le pedís al Rebe te da el triple”.
En otra de las imágenes, el rabino Yosi, que acompañó a la pareja durante el recorrido, se refirió al lugar visitado: “Estamos por encima de color, raza y religión. Todo lo que se pide va directo a Dios porque el Rebe era y es amor incondicional para el mundo”.
Menajem Mendel Schneerson, conocido como Rebe de Lubavitch, fue el séptimo líder de la dinastía jasídica Jabad-Lubavitch.
Nacido en Nikolaiev, Ucrania, en 1902, la vida del Lubavitcher Rebe comprende muchas de las etapas del siglo XX: el auge y la caída de la Unión Soviética, el Holocausto, el Israel moderno, la revolución cultural de los años 60′ , entre otras.
