El pasado domingo, manifestantes pro palestinos marcharon desde Parque Rivadavia hasta Parque Centenario (Caballito).
En el Parque Rivadavia se presentaron artistas y, posteriormente, una caravana de los participantes pro palestinos hasta el mástil del Parque Centenario, donde se izó durante unos minutos la bandera palestina.
Según relató Prensa Obrera, el izado de la bandera se realizó «como gesto simbólico de apoyo al pueblo de la Franja de Gaza ante el genocidio que está perpetrando Israel en el enclave costero».
La convocatoria partió del Comité Argentino de Solidaridad con el Pueblo Palestino y contó con el apoyo de Judíes por Palestina, y organizaciones políticas de izquierda (Partido Obrero, MST, PTS, Izquierda Socialista, Política Obrera, OLP Resistir y Vencer y MAS).
Prensa Obrera también se refirió en su descripción a que la marcha se realizó a partir del «hostigamiento sistemático al que son sometidos los palestinos de Cisjordania por parte de los soldados israelíes».
