El líder de Hamás, Khalil al-Hayya, afirmó que el grupo terrorista está dispuesto a encontrar y liberar los 13 cuerpos de secuestrados que están retenidos en Gaza.
En la entrevista con el canal Al-Qahira Al-Akhbariya indicó que necesitan más tiempo y maquinaria.
“Estamos dispuestos a recuperar y entregar todos los cuerpos según el acuerdo; no tenemos ningún deseo de retener a nadie con nosotros. Que regresen con sus familiares, y nuestros mártires también regresarán y serán enterrados con dignidad”, aseveró al-Hayya.
A su vez, dijo que es difícil llegar a los cuerpos porque algunos están bajo tierra y debajo de edificios, y señala que esto requiere tiempo y equipo.
Hamás lleva tiempo afirmando que necesitaría maquinaria adicional para localizar a los rehenes fallecidos restantes. Israel acusó a la organización terrorista de mentir, asegurando que puede devolver casi todos los cuerpos en un plazo breve. Además, existe la preocupación de que el grupo terrorista pueda reutilizar maquinaria pesada.
Al-Hayya también manifiesta que las garantías que Hamás recibió de los mediadores y de Estados Unidos significan que la guerra en Gaza terminó.
Y subrayó además que dijeron a los mediadores que hay que aumentar la cantidad de ayuda que entra a Gaza.
