Darío Grunberg: «La actual conducción de AMIA aleja a la juventud de la comunidad»

Darío Grunberg (21) pertenece a la Tnuat Habonim Dror, colaborando en puestos educativos y desarrollándose en ámbitos políticos. Desde hace dos años también participa en Avodá Argentina. En dialogó exclusivo con Vis á Vis, se refirió a las elecciones de AMIA que se realizarán en abril de 2020, el aumento en la participación de los jóvenes en las listas, las propuestas que ofrecen y por qué se inclinó por UNA AMIA.

  • ¿Por qué los jóvenes elegirían UNA AMIA»?

UNA AMIA Joven es un espacio político que fue creado para levantar la voz. Vivimos en una época en la cual la juventud se dio cuenta de que era momento de actuar, no esperar a crecer para involucrarnos en la comunidad, es tiempo de decir acá estamos, ser pioneros y desde nuestro lugar, con nuestra perspectiva, ayudar lo máximo posible para hacer de esta comunidad un lugar más ameno, cómodo, diverso, respetuoso con las diferencias, integrador, etc.

  • ¿Por qué decidieron que era el momento de sumarse a UNA AMIA?

Los ideales de UNA AMIA son similares a los que siempre sostuvimos. Fue un proceso en el que fuimos escucharnos, invitados y reconocidos. Como presente y futuro. Se ha formado un gran equipo de trabajo. Te cuento una anécdota, el día de la presentación de Alejandro Kladniew como candidato de la agrupación, los jóvenes teníamos un encuentro y al finalizar el evento, decidió venir a estar con nosotros, a escucharnos y comentarnos lo que pretende de AMIA. Fuimos los primeros en recibir al futuro presidente de AMIA. Su primera acción de campaña como candidato. Toda una señal. Fue un gesto realmente valorable y ese es el espíritu que notamos desde el día uno. Dar relevancia a la participación e ideas de la juventud. Se siente que hay una apuesta al largo plazo.

  • ¿Qué propuestas tienen sobre juventud?

Estamos trabajando en propuestas que involucren a todos los espacios de la juventud judía. Desde las sociodeportivas, las comunidades, las tnuot hasta la juventud desinstitucionalizada. Todos deben tener un lugar en AMIA. Debemos atender a las necesidades de cada uno y acompañarlos tanto en contenidos educativos como en logístico en caso de ser necesario. Con respecto a la juventud desinstitucionalizada creemos que es importante generar los medios para que se puedan insertar en los marcos que sientan más cercanos. Es importante trabajar en conjunto para que todos encuentren su lugar.

  • ¿Qué opinás de la actual conducción de AMIA?

Hoy en día, cuando alguno de nosotros quiere buscar trabajo, lo último que piensa es en recurrir a AMIA. Es por eso que creemos que es indispensable trabajar en una bolsa de empleo joven, cercana y al alcance de la juventud. Ya comenzamos a desarrollar un plan para que la juventud tenga injerencia transversal en las áreas, que estén interrelacionadas, algo que claramente hoy no pasa. Hay coincidencia en que la gestión actual no es buena. Y queremos ser quienes aportemos un granito de arena para que todo mejore. Que la AMIA sea reconocida por su buena y moderna gestión y no por declaraciones que nos dan vergüenza. Algo muy triste pero cierto es que, desde hace años, la juventud que escucha la palabra «AMIA» solo recuerda al lamentable atentado que sufrimos en 1994, esto se debe a que la conducción nunca se enfocó en cambiar esta perspectiva. Hace 12 años que la maneja una sola persona, eso es algo que no condice con el sentido común. No es lógico. AMIA también tiene que generar una agenda de eventos culturales y educativos apuntados a la juventud. Actividades deportivas, actividades de debate, expresión, fotografía, arte, etc. Hoy pasa todo en el once y poca gente se entera.

  • ¿UNA AMIA puede triunfar el 5 de abril?

Hay mucho para trabajar. Muchísimo. Si queremos levantar la voz es porque a lo largo de los últimos años no nos sentimos cómodos para hablar. La actual conducción de AMIA aleja a la juventud de la comunidad. Nos hacen creer que no somos judíos, que una mujer no puede cantar en un acto organizado por nosotros mismos. Nos representan ante la sociedad argentina mediante una doctrina fundamentalista y discriminatoria. ¿Pueden creer que en las listas del BUR de las últimas elecciones no haya ninguna mujer? Hay mucho por cambiar, mucho por mejorar. Queremos una AMIA inclusiva, de todas y todos, donde se pueda vivir el judaísmo de acuerdo al sentir de cada judío sin sentirse criticado. Debemos aprender de nuestra diversidad, apropiárnosla y fortalecernos de ella. No separarnos entre nosotros mismos.

  • ¿Qué pasará en el futuro?

Creo que el 5 de abril podemos ganar. Porque se está trabajando en equipo, de manera incansable, intentando llegar a cada uno de los socios de nuestra querida AMIA para dialogar, dar a conocer lo que pensamos y cómo queremos ayudar a la comunidad. Estamos preparados, hay grandes dirigentes, líderes y un grupo de trabajo muy humano. Hay hombres y mujeres comprometidos en mejorar la gestión de nuestra Kehilá.
