Fuerte respuesta de Sergio Pikholtz a Alejandro Kladniew: «La Justicia determinó que a Nisman lo asesinaron, no es correcto llamar a confusión»

Debo admitir que coincido con el presidente de la OSA cuando afirma que «lo que no es correcto es llamar a la confusión». Pero debería saber que eso es válido para él también, porque su afirmación de que «la justicia ya se expidió por el asesinato», es como mínimo falaz y mal intencionada porque crea confusión. Los que se pronunciaron son una parte del Poder Judicial, el juez Federal Ercolini y la Cámara Federal de alzada que tienen a cargo la instrucción de la causa y la revisión de lo actuado por el juez respectivamente, sobre el cual no haré juicio de valor. Falta todavía el juicio oral y todas las instancias de apelación hasta la Corte Suprema para que haya sentencia definitiva sobre si fue un asesinato o un suicidio. En resumen, a Justicia todavía no se expidió. Y como aun faltan las etapas antes mencionadas, Kladniew tiene razón cuando afirma que «él no es quién para decir si se mató o se suicidó y debe actuar la justicia» Todo esto sin ninguna intensión de participar en la interna por las elecciones en la AMIA. Solo me anima poner un poco de claridad donde la confusión es utilizada con fines non sanctum por parte del presidente de la OSA.

Dardo, la Justicia se expidió, el fallo no es definitivo porque hay instancias recursivas. Las confusiones se producen cuando los legos opinan sobre temas jurídicos que a veces son muy complejos.

Me parece que quien aspira a dirigir una institución como AMIA, no puede evadirse diciendo que el no es quien para decir si fue un homicidio.- Es una respuesta muy evasiva. En el primer momento sin conocer detalles ni pruebas, el suscripto dijo lo mataron a Nisman.-Lasa circunstancias de tiempo,lugar y actividad del fiscal desenmascarando al Poder, , lo hacían presumir.- Y un dirigente con los buenos antecedentes del mencionado con el grado de representatividad que pueda tener y al que legítimamente aspira, esta en la obligación moral de sostener esa hipótesis avalada no solo por la lógica de los hechos, sino tambien por distintas resoluciones judiciales fundadas en pericias practicadas con aportes de todos los sectores mas responsables y con mayor solvencia científica y experimental.- Con ese criterio tampoco podemos decir que hubo un tremendo saqueo a la República, en la era Kirchnerista, hasta tanto no se condene a los responsables y se tipifique el hecho en sentencia definitiva.- Tampoco hay homicidio sin un muerto, y eso tambien se determina definitivamente en sentencia firme.- Un dirigente debe ser luchador por sus ideales y por la Justicia y no efectuar declaraciones políticamente «correctas», omitiendo sostener y apoyar la causa por encubrimiento del atentado mediante el pacto con Iran.-Hace falta no solo principios, sino tambien coraje para liderar una institución por mas capacidades y antecedentes que se tengan.
