El informe se basa en cientos de informes específicos diferentes en el mundo que se han recibido desde marzo en la red internacional establecida por el Centro. Porque es una ola intensa, poderosa y continua que indica el creciente miedo en muchas poblaciones donde el antisemitismo está floreciendo nuevamente
Se extiende por los países europeos, el mundo musulmán y América del Sur. También se expresa en los Estados Unidos y Canadá. Según el informe, las ramas antisemitas circulan principalmente en las redes sociales y los medios de comunicación de extrema derecha, ultraconservadores e islamistas
Mientras que en los Estados Unidos, las acusaciones provienen especialmente de grupos que abogan por la supremacía blanca y los cristianos ultraconservadores. También se dirigen hacia los judíos en general y los ultraortodoxos. En Medio Oriente, las acusaciones se dirigen a Israel y el sionismo.

En el mundo occidental, el principal factor que promueve el discurso antisemita son los grupos de la sociedad civil caracterizados por una ideología diversa. Y también algunos de los regímenes mismos promueven el discurso antisemita en el Medio Oriente.
Por ejemplo, el informe afirma que están circulando reclamos en Irán y Turquía de que los sionistas, en colaboración con los EE. UU. son la fuente de la epidemia. Y se beneficiarán de ella cuando los musulmanes en el Medio Oriente mueran por miles, e iraníes en particular. Entre los palestinos, también hay una afirmación notable de que Israel está propagando el virus entre los reclusos en el país.
Al Estado de Israel se lo denomina»el virus Covid 19-48″ y como «el virus más peligroso para la humanidad».
Israel está acusado de usar el virus como municiones contra los palestinos. Un estudio realizado por la Universidad de Oxford en mayo encontró que el 19.1% del público en Inglaterra estuvo de acuerdo con la afirmación de que los judíos crearon el virus. El objetivo era que la economía colapsara para obtener ganancias financieras
El informe también describe cómo los conceptos relacionados con el Holocausto se distorsionan de distintas maneras. Las restricciones de política relacionadas con Corona se comparan con las políticas del régimen nazi. El cierre imita a los guetos y la frase «inoculado» aparece en lugar de la palabra «judío» a través de las insignias amarillas que usan los manifestantes. Esto sugiere que aquellos que no son inmunes a su destino son similares a los de un judío perseguido en la Alemania nazi. Y aquellos que están enojados con los opositores a las vacunas los ven como propagadores de enfermedades como los judíos.
