La comunidad judía rechaza la absolución de Carlos Telleldín y apelará el fallo de los jueces del Tribunal Oral Federal Nº3.
Para las instituciones comunitarias, la decisión del Tribunal consagra, de manera vergonzante, el camino de la impunidad.
Con profunda decepción, AMIA y DAIA rechazan el veredicto que los jueces del Tribunal Oral Federal N°3 Javier Ríos, Andrés Basso y Fernando Canero emitieron hoy en el juicio que se le siguió a Carlos Telleldín. El acusado de haber acondicionado, provisto y entregado el coche bomba utilizado para cometer el ataque terrorista perpetrado el 18 de julio de 1994 quedó absuelto.
En tanto, las instituciones que compartieron la querella y que desde hace más de 26 años vienen bregando incansablemente por lograr Justicia por la masacre en la que fueron asesinadas 85 personas y más de 300 resultaron heridas, apelarán el fallo y agotarán todas las instancias que el Estado de derecho confiere para que se cumpla el pedido de penas que se solicitó.
La absolución de quien participó en la entrega de la Trafic que hizo volar la sede de Pasteur 633 es un hecho hondamente lamentable. Añade más dolor en lo que fue el peor atentado terrorista en la historia del país. Y, además, genera un desconcierto inexplicable ante los elementos probatorios presentados.
Cabe recordar que, a la hora de presentar su alegato, la querella unificada de las instituciones comunitarias consideró al acusado partícipe necesario de los delitos de estrago doloso seguido de muerte, lesiones gravísimas, graves y leves calificadas, y daños; delitos que concurren en forma ideal entre sí, a la pena de veinte años de prisión.
AMIA y DAIA aseveran que las sobradas pruebas aportadas en el proceso que se le siguió al acusado revestían la contundencia y la relevancia necesarias para poder condenar a quien, con sus hechos, colaboró para que el atentado pudiera ser efectuado.
Mientras que, en total desacuerdo con el veredicto, las instituciones comunitarias rechazan la decisión del Tribunal. Y recuerdan que seguirán, indeclinablemente, en el camino forjado a lo largo de todo este tiempo. Con el fin de lograr justicia y condenar a los autores intelectuales y materiales de la masacre. Y, también, a quienes colaboraron para que el atentado pudiera concretarse.
La masacre perpetrada el 18 de julio de 1994 es un delito de lesa humanidad, y por lo tanto, imprescriptible. La lucha contra la impunidad es un imperativo que las entidades seguirán manteniendo en alto. Para lograr la Justicia que desde hace más de 26 años se viene exigiendo y reclamando.
A su vez, el Presidente de la DAIA, Jorge Knoblovits, habló en exclusiva con Vis á Vis y mostró «absoluto rechazo y absoluta molestia con el veredicto».
Por su parte, Luis Czyzewski, papá de Paola, víctima del atentado expresó: «Estoy completamente decepcionado. Nuevamente en la Argentina la impunidad le gana a la justicia».
