Israel Football Experience es un programa que organiza y ofrece Maccabi Mundial. Vis á Vis dialogó con el director del mismo y coordinador desde Argentina, Fabian Grinberg.
Grinberg promovió la idea de acercar jugadores de este lado del continente para que tengan la posibilidad de ser profesionales en Israel. «Nosotros creamos un equipo que se llama Maccabi World Unión Fútbol Club dónde los chicos juegan a partir de lo que es Argentina Primera D» afirma Grinberg. Además, agregó que «entrenan cuatro o cinco veces por semana».
«No solo será fútbol, viajarán por Israel, se alojarán en Tel Aviv con comida incluida. El programa tiene un costo. Los chicos lo pagan, pero a cambio reciben muchos cursos de profesorado y de dirección técnica, voluntariado. Tienen un pase libre para pasear por todo Israel. No pagan micro. Poseen cobertura médica durante ocho meses y después está la posibilidad de que cuando termina el programa si alguien se quiere quedar jugando profesionalmente al fútbol, nosotros lo ayudamos a conseguir equipo. Durante esos siete meses ellos representan solamente al equipo que nosotros creamos en, Israel pero mientras tanto se van mostrando».

«También tienen la posibilidad de, como un partido de entrenamiento, jugar contra los juveniles de los equipos más populares de Israel en los estadios más importantes del país», agregó.
«El combo es muy lindo, es para chicos que nunca tuvieron la posibilidad y que quieran ver y probar a ver si pueden ser profesionales. El torneo empieza en octubre del 2021 y termina en abril del 2022», finalizó Grinberg
