Hacoaj responde los mensajes de odio, con valores sólidos y compromiso

El Consejo Directivo del Club Náutico Hacoaj emitió un comunicado en relación a una editorial escrita por el periodista Horacio Verbitsky.

En la misma, publicada en el medio Cohete a la Luna, Verbitsky construyó una frase violenta que generó el repudio general por su carácter elitista, rozando con lo discriminatorio.

Comunicado

«El fin de semana pasado Hacoaj fue objeto de un comentario malintencionado, clasista y teñido de odio, por parte de un periodista. Quien debería tener responsabilidad en el uso de sus palabras y espacios. Mucho más en tiempos que requieren del cuidado y de la solidaridad del conjunto de la sociedad.

No hay nada más lejos al espíritu de HACOAJ que las palabras vertidas por Horacio Verbitsky. En el marco de un ataque e intento de agravio al presidente de DAIA, Jorge Knoblovits, quien -como es de público conocimiento- fue elegido en un proceso democrático para liderar la entidad que integran más de 140 instituciones y ejerce la representación política de la comunidad judía argentina.

HACOAJ es una institución social, cultural y deportiva que -desde hace más de 85 años- viene trabajando para el crecimiento y desarrollo de miles de familias e individuos; Sobre la base de un compromiso prioritario, con valores como el respeto, la solidaridad, la familia, la diversidad y la promoción del diálogo continuo.

Hoy, en el marco de esos valores que representamos, debemos expresar nuestro más enérgico repudio cuando el nombre de Hacoaj se utiliza con la sola intención de destruir y dividir a la comunidad.

Nuestra mejor respuesta a los comentarios basados en el odio es seguir trabajando con honestidad, compromiso y transparencia. Por y para nuestros socios, nuestra comunidad y nuestro país».
