La Policía Federal argentina se declaró en alerta naranja tras los ataques a Israel cometidos por Irán el fin de semana.
El estado de máxima alerta de la policía argentina incluyó el refuerzo de la vigilancia existente en puntos como la Embajada de Israel, la Casa de Gobierno y diversos puntos de la comunidad judía a lo largo del país.
También se dio especial foco a la custodia de funcionarios internacionales que viven en el país. La Triple Frontera, vigilada por una división específica creada por la Superintendencia de Investigaciones Federales en la gestión de Aníbal Fernández, es otro punto caliente que la PFA supervisa.
Las fuentes consultadas no hablan de ningún operativo o despliegue especial por fuera de las estrategias usuales, solo de un incremento de recursos. La División Custodia de la PFA -que se encarga, por ejemplo, de proteger edificios estatales y de la seguridad del presidente Javier Milei – es la principal afectada a la situación, aunque, llegado el caso, “toda la Policía Federal se encuentra afectada”, asegura un funcionario de alto rango.
La PSA, por su parte, reforzó la seguridad en aeropuertos.

La medida que tomó la PFA ocurre en sintonía con el regreso del presidente Milei desde EE.UU., quien interrumpió su viaje a Dinamarca a causa de los ataques, tras su visita en Texas al empresario Elon Musk.
Al llegar, encabezó una reunión de Gabinete, en la que analizó la seguridad nacional. Luego de escuchar las palabras del embajador de Israel en la Argentina, Eyal Sela, quien personalmente asistió para dar precisiones de los ataques iraníes en su país, el Gabinete de ministros pasó a conversar sobre las implicancias que ese conflicto podría tener en la Argentina y sobre las acciones que cada área está llevando adelante al respecto de esta situación.
Así, los funcionarios nacionales analizaron en profundidad los informes de los enlaces de Inteligencia, Seguridad, Defensa, Cancillería, Interior y Estrategia del Gobierno, que alertaron sobre las debilidades que existen a nivel local frente a estos grupos terroristas. Así, Milei creó un comité de crisis vinculado con las Fuerzas Armadas y de seguridad.
Una vez publicada esta nota, el vocero presidencial Manuel Adorni comentó sobre las medidas de seguridad que adoptó el país. “Se ha aumentado el nivel de seguridad en objetivos, sitios y espacios donde se cree que son más sensibles en este momento de gran confusión, no podemos comentarles mucho más que eso, estamos haciendo un seguimiento minuto a minuto de cómo evolucionan los hechos y en base a ello se continuarán tomando decisiones”, dijo.
