John Lahart, Concejal del partido político ‘Fianna Fail’, hizo comentarios antisemitas cuando brindaba un discurso, en el cual le preguntó a uno de los jóvenes del público si el por qué de no votar a su partido se debía a que estaban relacionados con un dirigente judío.
Lahart se refería a Alan Shatter, ex Ministro de Justicia que está ligado a ‘Fianna Fail’. Estos dichos fueron cuestionados por el Consejo de Representantes judío de Irlanda, y hay intenciones de iniciar juicio.
