El fiscal general Ricardo Sáenz sostuvo esta mañana que «la posición de este gobierno» en relación a la muerte del fiscal Alberto Nisman «es diametralmente opuesta a la del gobierno anterior», al destacar que «las hijas» del funcionario judicial fallecido «tuvieron que esperar un año para que un presidente le rindiera un homenaje a su padre».
«Lo que se nota muy claro es que la posición de este gobierno es diametralmente opuesta a la del gobierno anterior», consideró Sáenz en el marco del primer aniversario de la muerte de Nisman.
Se refirió también a la marcha homenaje que tendrá lugar esta tarde a las 18.30 en la plaza Alemania, ubicada en Avenida del Libertador y Scalabrini Ortiz.
El encuentro con Macri
Sáenz, vicepresidente de la Asociación de Magistrados, remarcó que «las hijas» del fallecido fiscal «tuvieron que esperar un año para que un presidente le rindiera un homenaje a su padre», en referencia al encuentro que el mandatario Mauricio Macri encabezó ayer con Iara y Kala Nisman.
En declaraciones a radio Continental, recordó que los jueces y fiscales que realizaron la marcha del 18 de febrero, a un mes de la muerte de Nisman, lo hicieron motivados por «el homenaje que no le había hecho el Estado argentino, ni el Gobierno, ni la procuradora general», Alejandra Gils Carbó.
«En algún punto pienso lo mismo que pensé ese día», sostuvo sobre las razones de la muerte del fiscal, quien había denunciado a la entonces presidenta Cristina Kirchner y otros funcionarios por «encubrimiento» del atentado a la AMIA.
«Había una relación directa entre la denuncia que había hecho el 14 de enero y aparecer muerto con un tiro en la cabeza, haya sido como haya sido ese episodio», concluyó.
