Las autoridades de AMIA se reunieron este mediodía con el ministro de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social de la Nación, Jorge Triaca, en lo que fue el primer encuentro institucional desde que el funcionario asumió su cargo en diciembre pasado.
Triaca fue recibido por el presidente de la institución, Ralph Thomas Saieg; el vicepresidente Pablo Reisman, el director ejecutivo, Daniel Pomerantz, y el director del Servicio de Empleo de AMIA, Ernesto Tocker, entre otras autoridades.
El ministro estuvo acompañado por el Secretario de Empleo Miguel Punte y el jefe de gabinete de la cartera laboral Ernesto Leguizamón.
Antes del comienzo de la reunión, los funcionarios del Ministerio y los directivos de AMIA rindieron homenaje a las 85 víctimas del atentado del 18 de julio de 1994, y encendieron una vela en su memoria.
“Desde su creación, nuestra red de empleo ha sido uno de los pilares fundamentales del trabajo social que realizamos”, señaló el presidente de AMIA. “Se trata de un servicio gratuito y abierto a toda la sociedad, que nos permite acercar soluciones concretas a mucha gente, soluciones que a muchas personas les significó poder iniciar una nueva vida y tener otras oportunidades”, agregó Saieg. “Nuestro objetivo es ampliar el alcance de nuestra tarea, y sobre este compromiso y sobre las posibilidades de encarar acciones en conjunto hablamos en la reunión”, concluyó.
Por su parte, el ministro ponderó el trabajo profesional que AMIA ha venido realizando desde su red de empleo. “Les agradecemos el enorme esfuerzo que realizan para ayudar a resolver los problemas sociales. Tenemos que hacer de enlace con las organizaciones como AMIA que tienen experiencia, conocimiento y que han demostrado resultados”, señaló.
Al finalizar el encuentro, las autoridades de AMIA auguraron al ministro una exitosa gestión de gobierno, en el que la creación de empleo y la inclusión social sean los pilares que redunden en crecimiento.
El Servicio de Empleo de AMIA, un referente en el rubro
El Servicio de Empleo de AMIA (SEA) tiene la Red de Oficinas de Empleo más grande y reconocida de la Argentina. Cuenta con más de 800.000 postulantes en su base de datos y 14.000 empresas ya han utilizado sus servicios.
Con cobertura nacional, el SEA tiene más de 10 oficinas en las principales ciudades del país en donde AMIA está asociada a otras instituciones locales. Actualmente funciona en la ciudad de Buenos Aires, GBA Norte, GBA Sur, La Plata, Mar del Plata, Santa Fe, Rosario, Mendoza, Tucumán y Salta.
Los servicios que ofrece a los postulantes son gratuitos y abiertos a toda la sociedad, sin requisitos previos para hacer uso de los mismos.
Debido a su modelo de funcionamiento, atención, servicios ofrecidos tanto a empresas como a postulantes el SEA se ha convertido en un referente en el rubro.
Además de funcionar como intermediario entre las empresas y los postulantes, el SEA también brinda servicios de orientación laboral y de capacitación con el fin de mejorar las condiciones de empleabilidad de los postulantes.
A través del SEA Inclusivo, AMIA también se ocupa de ayudar a quienes presentan mayores dificultades a la hora de buscar empleo. Personas con discapacidad, jóvenes que buscan su primer empleo, hombres mayores de 50 años, mujeres mayores de 40, víctimas de violencia de género, ex presidiarios, refugiados y migrantes, reciben asesoramiento y capacitación en las oficinas de Empleo de AMIA.
Servicios a empresas y a ONGs
Además de asesorar e intermediar en la búsqueda de trabajo, el SEA es también un proveedor no tradicional de servicios para otras compañías, especialmente PyMEs.
A costos muy competitivos, AMIA ofrece al sector privado servicios de selección y evaluación de personal, capacitación y consultoría en RR.HH, entre otras prestaciones.
También se ocupa de ofrecer servicios de selección y capacitación gratuitos a otras organizaciones del tercer sector.
Competitividad responsable
Para promover la incorporación de buenas prácticas en el mundo de los negocios, AMIA puso en marcha el Programa Valor, iniciativa que busca implementar medidas de Responsabilidad Social Empresaria y mejorar la competitividad de las grandes empresas y PyMEs. Con este programa, se trabaja con los diferentes actores que forman parte de la cadena de valor de las empresas como diferentes emprendedores del país. El Programa Valor cuenta con el apoyo del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID), a través del Fondo Multilateral de Inversiones (FOMIN).
