Las declaraciones de la fiscal jubilada Viviana Fein, quien por primera vez dijo que Alberto Nisman había sido inducido al suicidio, generaron una fuerte repercusión. Una de las personas que salió al cruce de la versión fue Sandra Arroyo Salgado. En diálogo con radio Mitre aseguró que no hay dudas de que el arma que provocó la muerte no fue disparada por el fiscal.
«Las muestras de la mano de Nisman, que no tenía ningún tipo de rastro de pólvora, demostraron que él no disparó esa arma. No hay dudas de que fue víctima de un homicidio, hay una cantidad de elementos de prueba que así lo demuestran», sentenció la ex esposa del hombre que investigaba el atentado a la AMIA.
Para reforzar esa hipótesis sumó elementos: «El análisis de las computadoras y celulares de Nisman demostraron que hubo maniobras de borrado con posterioridad a la muerte. ¿Quién las hizo? ¿Por qué hay llamadas de WhatsApp en los celulares de gente cercana a él y no estaban en los aparatos de Alberto? Nisman no pudo hacerlo porque ya estaba muerto».
La confesión pública de Fein sobre sus sospechas de que se trató de un suicidio inducido- motivaron una reflexión crítica de Arroyo Salgado: «Eso lo tendría que haber puesto por escrito en el expediente. Nosotros la recusamos en marzo por una cantidad de declaraciones públicas que hizo» y por otras actitudes muy concretas que reflejaban que algo no marchaba bien.
En declaraciones a Radio Mitre, la jueza federal apuntó que lo hicieron porque notaron que «ya no estaba conduciendo la investigación con imparcialidad, sino que estaba con una postura tomada y direccionaba toda la prueba a probar que Nisman se había suicidado».
En el mismo sentido, la magistrada señaló que desde un principio los familiares pidieron «que se investigue con la mayor celeridad y con objetividad», pero nadie les prestó la debida atención. «Cuando la recusamos (a Fein) agotamos todas las instancias, llegamos hasta la Corte Suprema y nadie escuchó nuestros pedidos. Yo siento que el derecho a ser escuchados de las víctimas en general está muy desatendido».
Sobre el final de la entrevista, Arroyo Salgado expresó su inquietud por el futuro de la causa: «La investigación está empantanada, no sabemos cómo va a continuar, en manos de quién…».
