La jueza federal Sandra Arroyo Salgado, ex esposa del fiscal Alberto Nisman, habló sobre la muerte del titular de la UFI AMIA, y dijo: «No tengo duda de que hubo intervención del servicio de inteligencia». Luego, en una crítica integral a la Justicia, señaló: «Nuestro sistema no está protegiendo a las víctimas de delito».
«Queremos plantear la necesidad de que se designe un veedor internacional que supervise la investigación que se realiza hace 1 año y 5 meses. Alberto Nisman apareció muerto de un disparo a cuatro días de haber denunciado a la Presidente por encubrimiento, a raíz del memorándum de entendimiento con Irán, con motivo del atentado terrorista de la AMIA», agregó.
«Cuando en tu propio país no encontrás justicia, o se demora, o es irregular, me parece que tenemos que tomar todos los medios a la mano. Nuestra constitución prevé el sistema interamericano de protección de DD.HH», indicó en diálogo con Tele13 de Chile
«No tenemos duda que Nisman fue víctima de homicidio, fue un magnicidio porque estaba vinculado a su actuación como fiscal», explicó.
Hace menos de un mes, Arroyo Salgado acusó al técnico informático que le entregó a Nisman el arma que se disparó en el departamento de Puerto Madero: «Diego Lagomarsino dice que miento, pero no dice en qué. El ha ocultado información, no tengo dudas que Lagomarsino era de los servicios de inteligencia».
El 15 de junio a las 10 de la mañana, la Cámara Nacional de Casación Penal fijó una audiencia para escuchar los argumentos de defensa de Lagomarsino.
El 18 de enero de 2015 el fiscal Nisman, quien investigaba el atentado a la Asociación de Mutuales Israelitas Argentinas (AMIA), fue hallado sin vida en el departamento que habitaba en la zona de Puerto Madero, de esta ciudad.
