«Estuvimos en presencia de un hecho histórico, la memoria colectiva puede prevenirnos a evitar tragedias», destacó Lylyk quien destacó que «el ejercicio de la memoria puede hacer que la raza humana mejore».
«El mundo ignoró o quiso ignorar lo que estaba pasando. No es la primera vez que el mundo mira para otro lado cuando suceden estas tragedias», denunció.
