Israel abatió a seis miembros de Hezbollah

En un operativo en los Altos del Golán, los helicópteros del Ejército de Israel interceptaron un convoy terrorista que se desplazaba en las inmediaciones de Quneitra, localidad estratégica que se disputan los bandos que combaten en la guerra siria. El bombardeo causó la muerte de al menos seis integrantes de Hezbollah, entre ellos, se encontrarían el comandante Mohamed Issa y Jihad, hijo de Imad Moughniyeh, otro comandante asesinado en 2008, según preciso una fuente vinculada a la organización libanesa.

«En el transcurso de una visita de inspección sobre el terreno de la localidad de Mazraat Al Amal, en la provincia siria de Quneitra, un grupo de muyaidines de Hezbollah fue atacado por helicópteros del enemigo sionista, que mató a varios hermanos muyaidines», afirmó el grupo en un comunicado oficial.

Poco antes, una fuente de seguridad israelí había anunciado un ataque aéreo en el Golán sirio contra «elementos terroristas» acusados de preparar ataques contra el Estado hebreo.

La incursión se produjo cerca de Quneitra, no lejos de la línea de separación entre la parte siria del Golán y la parte ocupada por Israel, según la misma fuente.

La fuente no pudo precisar la identidad de los objetivos ni la naturaleza exacta del ataque que preparaban.

El ejército israelí se negó por el momento a comentar esta información, aunque según la misma fuente de seguridad, había drones israelíes presentes en la zona.

El jefe de Hezbollah, Hasan Nasralah, había anunciado el jueves por primera vez que su partido posee desde 2006 misiles iraníes Fateh-110 capaces de cubrir todo el Estado israelí. Además, admitió que Teherán se los «entregó» ese año.
