Denuncia de Nisman: Piden el desafuero y la detención de Cristina Kirchner y quedaron detenidos Luis D’Elía y Carlos Zanini

La noticia se conoce cuando ya están detenidos otros acusados de la causa: el ex secretario Carlos Zannini, el ex piquetero Luis D’Elía, el ex líder de Quebracho Fernando Esteche ( prófugo) y el dirigente de origen libanés «Yussuf Khalil. Bonadio también procesó al ex canciller Héctor Timerman. Tambien fueron procesados Larroque y Parrilli

El juez Bonadio procesó a la ex presidenta con prisión preventiva. La acusa de montar «un plan criminal orquestado» para proteger a los iraníes acusados por el atentado a la AMIA.

Un mes después de declarar en la causa que se originó con la denuncia del fallecido fiscal Alberto Nisman, quien la acusó deencubrimiento del atentado a la AMIA, el juez Claudio Bonadio procesó a la ex presidenta Cristina Kirchner con prisión preventiva. Como es senadora, pidió su desafuero para poder detenerla. El caso pasa ahora a manos del Senado.

A pocos días de jurar como legisladora nacional, el juez Bonadio al procesarla en la causa donde se la acusó de montar un «plan criminal orquestado» junto al ex canciller Héctor Timerman, diseñado para «dotar de impunidad» a los ciudadanos iraníes que tenían captura internacional pedida a Interpol por el atentado a la AMIA, pidió además su desafuero y detención.

La ex presidenta sumó su cuarto procesamiento en la justicia federal a horas de la detención de uno de los hombres más importantes del kirchnerismo: Carlos Zannini.

La ex presidenta y los ex funcionarios de su gobierno fueron acusados por el fiscal Gerardo Pollicita el 7 de septiembre, de «encubrimiento agravado» por tratarse el atentado a la AMIA de un delito declarado de lesa humanidad y debido a que por su rol de funcionarios públicos, generaron «un impedimento o estorbo de un acto funcional e incumplimiento a los deberes de funcionario público»

El líder piquetero kirchnerista Luis D’Elía recibió esta mañana a una delegación policial en su casa de Isidro Casanova y corrió la misma suerte que Carlos Zannini esta madrugada: fue detenido en el marco de la causa que investiga un presunto encubrimiento del atentado a la AMIA por el Pacto con Irán

Hace meses que viene denunciando que quedará detenido: Hoy se cumplió.«Quieren la humillación», llegó a decir D’Elía en su domicilio antes de reingresar a su casa con los efectivos de la Federal enviados para hacer efectiva la orden de prisión preventiva del juez federal Claudio Bonadio.
