Netanyahu: «La decisión de la CPI de investigar a Israel es ‘antisemita’ e ‘hipócrita’”

El primer ministro, Benjamín Netanyahu, condenó la decisión de la fiscal general de la Corte Penal Internacional (CPI), Fatou Bensouda, de abrir una investigación contra Israel por presuntos crímenes de guerra.

“La decisión de la Corte Internacional de abrir hoy una investigación contra Israel por crímenes de guerra es absurda. Es antisemitismo puro y el colmo de la hipocresía”, expresó el titular del Ejecutivo informó Aurora.

Las autoridades de Israel sostienen que la CPI no tiene jurisdicción porque, entre otras cosas, el Estado judío no es firmante del Tratado de San Remo, la llamada “Palestina” no es un estado, y los tribunales israelíes ya han revisado con independencia los casos.

“Sin ninguna jurisdicción, decidió que nuestros valientes soldados, que toman todas las precauciones para evitar bajas civiles contra los peores terroristas del mundo que atacan deliberadamente a civiles, son nuestros soldados los criminales de guerra”, destacó Netanyahu.

“Dijeron que cuando construimos una casa en nuestra capital eterna de Jerusalén, ha sido nuestra capital durante 3.000 años, eso también es un crimen de guerra”.

Netanyahu acusó a la Corte Penal Internacional de hacer la vista gorda. Esto fue con respecto a las verdaderas matanzas que ocurren en la región y el mundo.
