Ante los nuevos decretos oficiales, la Sociedad Hebraica Argentina decidió a partir del jueves 1 de julio volver a abrir su sede Sarmiento ubicada en Once a sus más de 5.000 socios.

Cumpliendo todos los protocolos, con un 30% de aforo, contarán con el bar literario, el gimnasio, las actividades deportivas y clases.
También desde el lunes 12 de julio la pileta volverá a estar en funcionamiento

La Sociedad Hebraica Argentina es una asociación civil sin fines de lucro. Su misión es promover la continuidad del judaísmo a través de la realización de actividades sociales, deportivas y culturales.

La Sociedad Hebraica Argentina celebró sus 95 años en pandemia pero con aumento en cantidad de socios, deportes y deportistas destacados en ligas nacionales y comunitarias. Fundamentalmente ampliando su estructura en su sede Pilar con el proyecto Master Plan. Es una de las más importantes instituciones socio-deportivas de América. En 1933 su comisión directiva emitió un comunicado repudiando los hechos antisemitas que comenzaban en Alemania. Fue en el año 1937 que adquirió su sede de la calle Sarmiento. En este 2021 y en plena pandemia, extiende su capacidad en la sede Pilar que adquirió en 1964 y el proyecto de ampliación de calles linderas ya es una realidad. Infinidad de personalidades internacionales pasaron por la institución que hoy preside Jonathan Lemcovich.
